| There are two parts in this thesis: Reference review of obesity,and experimental study on the prevention and treatment for impaired glucose regulation (IGR) obesity patients of spleen asthenia who can’t dry and transform dampness by strengthen the spleen, dries, and transforms phlegm.Reference review: This essay reviewed from the advances of such fields as followed: reference review of chinese medicine and modern medicine researchs.We had a systematic discussions from the pathogenesis theory, syndrome differentiation,and clinical and experimental study for obesity with Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Objective:To explor the influence of strengthen the spleen, dry, and transform plegm on the glucagon-like- peptide-1(GLP-1) ,resistin and insulin of IGR obesity patients who spleen asthenia with dmpness,and improving insulin resistance and isletβcell function by strengthen the spleen, dry, and transform phlegm. We investigated the influence of strengthen the spleen, dry, and transform phlegm,on the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) ,resistin and insulin, signaling pathway for IGR of obesity patients who spleen asthenia with dmpness,in order to supply the basic theory and experimental data for chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases for IGR of obesity patients of spleen asthenia with dmpness subjects were random selected. Every one took use of 250 mg three times every day for 12 weeks. And the study group took use of modified Ginseng、Poria and White Atractylodes Decoction. Record the number of weight,waist circumference(WC), hip circumference(HC),midupper arm circumference (MAC), subscapular skin fold thickness(SSF) .In addition,BCA-2A body analysis instrument was applied to measure body compositions. To examine the serum resistin and GLP-1 by using the Enzyme-Linked-Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), to examine the glucose by using oxidize methods, insulin was measured with chemiluminescence immunoassay. Biochemical measurements of body mass index (BMI) and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were calculated. Results: Low density lipoprotein(LDL)、HOMA-IR、resistin、FPG、2hIns、2hGLP-1、weight were significantly differences between two groups after 12 weeks’therapy( P <0.05). 2hIns、2hGLP-1 was significantly raised but LDL、FPG、HOMA-IR、resistin、weight were obvious lowered. Conclusion:The effects of strengthen the spleen, dry, and transform phlegm,on the impaired glucose regulation (IGR) of obesity patients of spleen asthenia with dmpness, can make clinical manifestation improved, lower LDL、HOMA-IR、resistin、weight ,and raise 2hIns、2hGLP-1.Ameliorating insulin resistance and isletβcell function, might be closely correlated with its effects in lowering weight、resistin, raising GLP-1 and insulin. |
