Clinical Study Of Jiawei Pingwei Powder In The Treatment Of PCOS Of Spleen Deficiency Anddeficiency And Phlegm-Dampness Obesity

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to improve phlegm-dampness constitution,reduce body weight,and finally improve the clinical symptoms of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,so as to provide a simple and effective reference for clinical practice.MethodsSixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness obesity were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(metformin hydrochloride).The observation group was treated with Jiawei Pingwei Powder on the basis of treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.During the treatment,the scores of FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T,BMI and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software to objectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of Jiawei Pingwei Powder in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness obesity.Results1.A total of 60 patients were included in this study,a total of 55 cases completed clinical observation and included statistics,3 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the observation group,the total drop rate was 8.33%.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,height,weight,BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,compared with the overall efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 62.96% and 89.29%respectively,the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The body mass index(BMI)of the control group after treatment was not significantly different from that before treatment(P>0.05),but the BMI of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P< 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).5.Compared with the control group,the levels of LH,LH/FSH and T in the control group and the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,the levels of FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the control group and observation group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).7.Compared with the curative effect of TCM syndrome score,the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 51.85% and 92.86% respectively.The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).8.There was no significant difference in safety-related laboratory indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).ConclusionJiawei Pingwei Powder combined with western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,insulin resistance and regulatory hormone levels of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness and obesity.
