The longest duration of obesity is 1 year and the shortest is 39 years. Acupuncture modality of treatment is choosen and performs according to theoretical of TCM. The Body Weight (Wt), Body Mass Index (BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Fat Percentage (BF%) and Visceral Fat Level (VFL) are measured by Fat Analyzer Scale (FAS), Waist (W), Hip parameter (H) and Arm parameter (A) is measured by Measuring tape; Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) is determined by computer; skinfold thickness is measured by Skinfold Caliper, and the Blood Pressure (BP) is measured by sphygmomanometer. Results: The health conditions has improved significantly and overall effectiveness is 92.5%.Conclusions: Obesity is not just a problem of looks or image. It is a chronic medical condition which occurs over time when a person continues to consume more calories than needed. These excess calories are converted to fat and stored in the body. Obesity is associated with significant medical illnesses.Obesity is primarily caused by weaknesses of internal organs which affected the Spleen Meridian and resultant in stagnation of phlegm and dampness. Disorder of Lung and Kidney Meridian has also resultant in stagnation of qi and blood. From clinical survey finding, strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness by acupuncture modality of treatment has shown significant evidence in weight lost and has enhanced body health.
