| It is well known that the construction industry consumes enormous resources and energy.Under the background that the country vigorously advocates energy conservation,environmental protection,low carbon,and sustainable development,construction companies shoulder the mission of using relevant strategies to improve the sustainable development performance of.As the embodiment of the principle of sustainability in the construction industry,sustainable construction requires construction companies to take sustainable development as their responsibility while providing products and services to society.Eco-innovation is an effective strategy to improve the sustainable development performance of enterprises.It can balance the economic,social,and environmental values created in the production and operation of enterprises and promote sustainable development.Therefore,using eco-innovation to improve the performance of sustainable construction provides a new development direction for construction enterprises.Based on the above viewpoints,this thesis focuses on research on the promotion mechanism of eco-innovation on sustainable construction.The key issues to be solved include:how to measure the ecoinnovation level of construction enterprises under the background of sustainable development?What is the relationship between the various dimensions of eco-innovation in construction companies?How does eco-innovation in construction companies affect sustainable construction performance?What are the effective countermeasures to promote the ecoinnovation level of construction enterprises to improve sustainable construction?To this end,this thesis has carried out a series of work focusing on these issues and achieved the following achievements:First,the construction of the eco-innovation measurement indicator system of construction companies and the analysis of the influence relationship of each dimension.In terms of the construction of the eco-innovation measurement indicator system,drawing on the mature scales and expert consultations in the previous literature,according to the development background and actual characteristics of the construction industry,an eco-innovation measurement indicator system composed of five dimensions(eco-product innovation,eco-production innovation,ecomanagement innovation,eco-process innovation,and eco-marketing innovation.)was established,including twenty-four indicators.Second,the empirical analysis of the impact of eco-innovation on sustainable construction.According to the hierarchical impact structure of each dimension of green innovation,a theoretical model of the impact of eco-innovation on sustainable construction is constructed,and research hypotheses were put forward.A structured questionnaire was designed based on the eco-innovation measurement indicator system and the measurement of sustainable construction in previous studies.Then,analyze the data obtained during the formal investigation stage through the Smart PLS 3.0 software,verifying the direct or indirect path of various eco-innovation dimensions on sustainable construction.Third,the dynamic simulation of the impact of eco-innovation on sustainable construction.Based on the structural equation model,a system dynamics model of the impact of ecoinnovation on sustainable construction was constructed.Through the relevant investigation of the case enterprise DR,the initial parameters of each variable are determined,and simulations are carried out after a series of tests on the model.The results show that the trends of sustainable construction,eco-product innovation,eco-process innovation,and eco-marketing innovation all show an S-shaped trend of rapid growth first and then slowdown,while the eco-production innovation and eco-management innovation almost showed a linear growth trend.Furthermore,by changing the value of a single constant item in the subsystem or the initial value of each dimension of eco-innovation,the evolution trend of sustainable construction will increase or decrease accordingly,which verifies that the trend of sustainable construction is the result of the overall effect of the system,and also indicates that each dimension of eco-innovation has a dynamic influence on sustainable construction.Finally,the research on governance countermeasures that eco-innovation affects sustainable construction.Based on the evolutionary game theory,a two-party evolutionary game model of "construction enterprise-government" is established.The stability of the equilibrium solution and the stable strategies adopted by both parties are analyzed,and the strategic choices of the two parties under different conditions are explained.On the basis of the two-party game model,a three-party evolutionary game model of "construction enterprisego vernment-owner" was established,and the Nash equilibrium solution of the mixed strategy of this model was analyzed,and the conditions for the strategy selection of construction enterprise,government,and owner are expounded.Meanwhile,the two-party and three-party evolutionary game models were conducted numerical simulation.Through changing the values of different parameters,its impact on the choice of strategy can be understood.Integrating the results of the two-party and three-party evolutionary game model,governance countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from construction companies,governments,and owners.respectively.These research findings can provide references for promoting the application of eco-innovation in the construction industry and improving the perfonnance of sustainable construction. |
