Innovation is the first driving force for high-quality development.China is a big construction country.The traditional construction industry has extensive production and construction methods,and there are problems such as low efficiency,high energy consumption,and low information level.At present,the construction industry is in a critical period of opportunities and challenges for the transformation of green,intelligent,industrialization and management modernization.It is urgent to accelerate innovation-driven transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of the construction industry.The state and local government departments attach importance to the technological innovation and development of construction enterprises.How to improve the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises is a hot spot of research and practice.In recent years,the construction industry in Fujian Province has developed rapidly.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to understand the technological innovation status of construction enterprises in Fujian Province,and to study the influence mechanism and promotion path of technological innovation performance of construction enterprises in Fujian Province.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of technological innovation performance of construction enterprises,technological innovation theory,fuzzy set theory and configuration theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly,on the basis of collecting the data of 129 construction enterprises in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of technological innovation of construction enterprises in Fujian Province from the dimensions of innovation input,innovation cooperation,innovation team,innovation incentive,innovation condition,innovation output and innovation benefit.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the current situation,the evaluation model of technological innovation performance of construction enterprises is constructed from the two dimensions of innovation output and innovation benefit,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the technological innovation performance level of construction enterprises in Fujian Province.The results show that the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises in Fujian Province is gradually highlighted,but the level of technological innovation performance among enterprises is not balanced,and the technological innovation performance needs to be improved.Fourthly,on the basis of comprehensive evaluation,from the perspective of configuration,five dimensions of innovation input,innovation cooperation,innovation team,innovation incentive and innovation condition are selected to construct the configuration model of influencing factors of technological innovation performance of construction enterprises.The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to identify the influencing factors and analyze the configuration of the influencing mechanism.Four high innovation performance configurations of construction enterprises with strong explanatory power and three non-high innovation performance configurations of construction enterprises with strong explanatory power are proposed.Fifth,based on the configuration analysis of the impact mechanism,a multi-period QCA analysis of the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises in Fujian Province from 2019 to 2021 is carried out.Summarize the configuration path of high technological innovation performance in each period;the composition factors and relationships in the configuration path and the evolution rules of typical enterprises in multiple periods are summarized.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the strategic suggestions and management implications for improving the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises in Fujian Province are proposed from the perspective of construction enterprises,government and relevant departments.This paper studies the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises in Fujian Province from the perspective of configuration,and obtains the research conclusions and enlightenment of multiple concurrent causality and path asymmetry of different influencing factors on the technological innovation performance of construction enterprises,which can not only provide reference for the technological innovation practice of construction enterprises,but also provide a basis for further research on innovation-driven high-quality development.
