Under the innovation-driven development strategy,the construction industry,as one of China's important pillar industries,urgently needs to accelerate economic transformation through technologicalinnovation.As the main body of technological innovation in the construction industry,construction enterprises are the backbone of the industry transformation.Meanwhile,the new situation at home and abroad also drives construction enterprises to rely on technological innovation to improve their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.However,China's construction industry is far from the innovation-driven industry now,and the technological innovation capability and level of construction enterprises are relatively weak.The requirements of continuous improvement for technological innovation of construction enterprises and the current situation that construction enterprises lack technological innovation have become the main contradictions faced by the construction industry.How to improve the technological innovation capabilities of construction enterprises efeectively is a key problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of technological innovation in construction enterprises,and draws conclusions that help construction enterprises to understand the impact of key influencing factors on the technological innovation process,so that construction enterprises can strengthen the management of technological innovation and enhance the ability of technological innovation.After analyzing the current research about innovation of construction enterprises,this paper finds that most of the research on innovation of construction enterprises mainly focuses on the single level:firm or project level.Meanwhile,the quantitative research on the influencing factors of innovation of construction enterprises is relatively rare.Thus,with large and medium-sized construction enterprises as the research object,this paper considers the multiple layers of technologial innovation in construction enterprise from the systematic view,and then constructs the system dynamics model of technological innovation in construction enterprise.After that,the large and medium-sized housing construction enterprises use as samples to conduct the simulation,so as to analyze the influence mechanism of technological innovation in construction enterprises.Therefore,the study complements the gaps in the field.of innovation research of construction enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics,structure and process of technological innovation in construction enterprises by using the complex product system theory,organizational learning theory and innovation value chain theory.And then a systematic framework model of technological innovation in construction enterprises is built.Afterwards,28 key influencing factors of technological innovation in construction enterprises were identified by literature research and questionnaire survey,and they were divided into four categories:industrial environmental factors,enterprise factors,project environmental factors and project factors.Based on the above analysis,the system dynamics model of the construction enterprise technology innovation is built.Through the scenario simulation and sensitivity analysis of large and medium-sized housing construction enterprises as samples,this paper analyzes the degree of influence of key influencing factors on the technological innovation process of construction enterprises.Finally,several suggestions and management measures are put forward based on the conclusion.The results show that the decisive factor of technological innovation output of construction enterprises is the knowledge base,and market share affects their growth rate.On the contrary,the decisive factor of innovation performance is market share,and knowledge base affects its growth rate.Industrial environment factors and enterprise factors mainly affect the knowledge resources and technological innovation output of construction enterprises,while project environmental factors and project factors mainly affect the knowledge resources and innovation performance of construction enterprises.Finally,among construction enterprises with different knowledge bases and market shares,the influence of enterprise management factors and project environment factors is different.
