Research On Synergistic Operation Mechanism Of P2P Lending System

Peer-to-Peer lending which makes the borrower and lender across the time and space constraints and achieves the financial "disintermediation" has the characteristics of low transaction threshold and relatively high borrowing income,Therefore,this new internet financing model has been developed rapidly since it was introduced to China in 2006.However,China's P2 P lending industry has emerged some operational issues such as capital security,opaque information and even absconded with money because that the credit system construction is not perfect and the lack of orderly sharing of credit information of the industry data and the effective supervision.P2 P lending solves the financing problems of individuals and small and medium enterprises,and has certain public property,so the orderly and healthy development of P2 P lending industry has a positive effect on social and economic development.Regulatory authorities should be the right to guide,encourage and promote the industry to achieve healthy and sustainable development.In this context,the thesis analyzes the whole operation process of P2 P lending,and puts forward synergistic operation mechanism to promote the healthy development of P2 P lending system.This paper regards P2 P lending as a whole system.Firstly,the coupling degree measure model of P2 P lending information sharing system is constructed and he focus is on “how to establish an orderly synergetic sharing mechanism among P2 P lending platforms to realize the evolution of the whole system to a higher level”.Then,the paper studies the synergetic operation process of P2 P lending value realization system.It mainly analyzes such key issues as "what are the influencing factors","how to influence" and "What is the degree of external system synergy ".After that,in order to scientific and objective describes the application effect of synergy mode the paper proposes a synergy performance evaluation mechanism which solves "How about the effect of synergy mode? ".Finally,the paper put forward a synergy operation early warning model in order to guarantee the sustainable development of the synergetic operation and achieve the advance prevention of the synergy operation risk.This mechanism realizes the "real-time monitoring of the system's synergy security status" and according to its result puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the system synergy security.Firstly,based on the complex system theory,this research regards P2 P lending as a complex system.Compares the domestic and foreign operation modes of P2 P lending,and sums up the advantages and limitations of P2 P lending in China.Combined with synergetic theory,the synergetic operation mode of P2 Plending system has been put forward on the basis of standardization operation mode of P2 P lending.The operation process,the main body constitution,the subsystem constitution,the synergetic operation power,the synergetic operation goal has been carried on detailed elaboration.Based on the three-dimensional structure model of Hall system engineering,a theoretical model of synergetic operation mechanism of P2 P lending system is constructed.Secondly,it analyzes the elements of the P2 P lending's information sharing system and the coupling relationship between subsystems.The order parameters of the three sub-systems of information sharing syetem which named information-transfer,organization-coordination,and interes-guarantee,are described in detail.First of all,the maximum information entropy principle is used to measure the timeliness and distortion of the information transfer subsystem.Then,the membership function of fuzzy mathematics is used to quantify the supervising and supervising level,publicity and education level and the rationality of the regulation.The evolutionary game theory is applied to iterative game theory to find the best income distribution strategy in the continuous “trial and error”and continuous “learning” process.The optimal strategy is used as the benchmark for the reasonable distribution of the profit distribution of the benefit safeguard subsystem,and the rationality index of benefit distribution is calculated.In the last,the the coupling degree model of P2 P information sharing system is builded up based on the evaluation endex eystem of eoupling degree of P2 P lending information sharing system.Thirdly,through analyzing the influencing factors of the P2 P value realization system's synergetic operation,the key influencing factors of P2 P value realization system were found out which include loan subsystem,loan subsystem,fund custody subsystem and auxiliary subsystem.By constructing the ISM model of the synergetic operation influencing factors of P2 P value realization system to identify the hierarchical relationships among these key factors,reveal the root causes and surface factors of value realization synergetic operation process,achieve the structured and hierarchical of complex factor indicator.Fourthly,the model of the coordination degree of P2 P value realization system synergetic operation has been established based on the complex system coordination degree model and its synergetic features.The weights of the model order parameters are obtained with using the advantages of knowledge reduction and relative positive domain theory in the rough set theory can eliminate redundant information and deal with uncertain information.The results show that,the reason that the P2 P value realization system synergy level is not high is that the order degree of the subsystem is unbalanced,that is,there exists "bucket effect".Some subsystem's synergy degree "short board" restricts the synergy degree of the whole system to a certain extent.Fifthly,the four-dimension index system which concludes resource input,collaborative operation,collaborative output and customer of synergy performance evaluation mechanism for P2 P Lending system has been set up.A multi-attribute decision-making method based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet operator is proposed to rank the performance of synergy mode's application.At last,some suggestions are put forward to improve the synergy performance of P2 P lending system.Finally,in order to improve system synergy security and ensure the sustainable development of system operation,the early warning mechanism of P2 P lending system's synergy operation has been constructed.The synergy operation early warning mechanism is divided into three subsystems: data acquisition subsystem,security evaluation subsystem and alarm subsystem.In the early warning process,the synergy security evaluation index system of P2 P is established and the extension element evaluation model of P2 P synergy operation's early warning is constructed according to the characteristics of indicators and early warning evaluation.In the end,puts forward some suggestions on improving the synergy security of P2 P system under the results of the model analysis.
