Evaluation Of Coupling Coordination Degree Of Land Use And Poverty Dynamic Change In Ethnic Minority Agglomerations

With the continuous development of social productivity,the impact on land use and social and economic development is increasingly strong.In the era of targeted poverty alleviation,the dynamic economic development of special poverty-stricken areas has become one of the hot spots of current attention.Based on the national key support shall most needy area,is also a minority conmunity LinXiaZhou in gansu province as the study area,man-machine interactive interpretation method to extract the land use information,analysis of the area of land use change and the county land type distribution,multiple factors using poor standardization and entropy weight method to build a comprehensive evaluation index system and calculate the land use dynamic development and poverty index correlation matrix,on this basis,the integrated use of qualitative quantitative method of dynamic change of land use-poverty system coupling coordination degree evaluation,and combining the resources,environment,policy and so on the actual situation in the study area put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion of science,In order to provide a scientific basis for the land resource structure optimization and poverty alleviation in Linxia.The main research results are as follows:(1)Human-computer interactive interpretation is adopted to extract land use information,and land use area change and land use distribution characteristics of each county are analyzed.From 2010 to 2018,the overall construction land area increased by 147.41km2,while the agricultural land and the unused land area decreased by 47.5km2 and 100.15km2 respectively.Compared with 2010-2014,the construction land area from 2014-2018 increased by 58.1%,while the un used land area decreased by 67.68%.The utilization rate of land in all counties of Linxia is generally low,especially in Yongjing county and Dongxiang County,which belong to remote mountainous areas,the unused land area reaches more than 50%.(2)Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between land use change and poverty index.Through calculation,farmland,construction land and unused land and poverty indicators of correlation coefficient,the construction land has significant positive correlation with poverty indicators,farm size and and unused scale and the overall negative correlation between poverty indicators,per capita occupancy of grain,agricultural output and,farmland,construction land and unused land in positive and negative upward have no significant correlation.(3)The grey correlation degree was used to measure the correlation degree matrix between land use change index and poverty dynamic change index,and the spatial variation of correlation degree was analyzed.The results show that there is a high correlation degree between the two index sequences,and the correlation degree gradually increases from 2010 to 2018,with the comprehensive correlation degree reaching 0.7547.The land use indexes of residential area,industrial and mining land and transportation land area have a high correlation degree with each poverty index,while the land for agricultural facilities,water conservancy facilities and the proportion of industry in GDP have a low impact on the poverty index,with the correlation degree below 0.5.The correlation degree of the two indexes is different in different counties,but the overall correlation is gradually strengthened and is in the middle and high correlation.(4)Combined with the coupling coordination degree model,the land use-poverty dynamic change system was evaluated.Comprehensive evaluation of land use dynamic change and poverty system coupling,coupling coordination degree C D and the comprehensive evaluation index,the overall coordinated development stage from 2010 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree and the comprehensive index increases year by year,by the primary coupling coordination to good coupling coordination,two system coordinated development from low level to high level of coordinated development;The change rate of land use in the early stage was faster than the dynamic change of poverty,and the development degree gradually coordinated in the later stage.In order to realize the coordinated development of the two areas,it is necessary to rationally plan the land use mode of the research area and accelerate the regional economic development.
