Oil Relations Harmonious Degree Evaluation And Early Warning Research

Oil companies is the main energy economic in our country, its development will directly affect the people’s life, energy security, and even the entire national economy, it plays an extremely important role in the country’s economic development and social stability. Good internal and external environment is necessary for petroleum enterprise to develop well. However, with the reorganization and restructuring of the oil enterprises and the quickened economic and social development of the resources location, lot’s of inharmonious situations emerged in it, and caused bad effects of development to both of them.In order to monitor the degree of harmony between oil enterprise and the resources location, detect and warn disharmonious factors for oil companies and resources location government, so as to solve the hidden danger in time, improve the harmonious relationship between them. Firstly, this article search the relationship between domestic and foreign oil related information, analyze the present situation of them through the literature investigation. Secondly, through the theoretical study, the article determine the harmony, harmonious degree, the relationship between oil enterprise and resources location, harmonious degree between oil enterprise and resources location, clear the research method for the relationship between oil enterprise and resources location, such as analytical hierarchy process, questionnaire method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the BP neural network algorithm. And then analyses the problems existing in the relationship between oil enterprises and resources locations, refining the evaluation index system of oil relation harmonious degree through some domestic oilfields, using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight at all levels, and through the questionnaire survey method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a specific oilfield’s harmonious degree. Finally, according to the oil field, the article use BP neural network algorithm construct a warning model, through the Matlab simulation to verify the feasibility of the method, provided a new approach for study of the harmonious relationship between oil enterprises and resources location.
