Promoting the construction of knowledge society and developing knowledge economy is the current environment.At the same time,the development opportunities of Innovation 2.0 and the mass entrepreneurship and innovation trend brought by Web2.0 technology innovation affect people's life and learning.As a platform and social knowledge base for individual users to learn and output knowledge,Q&A community is facing problems such as the decline of interaction flow,users' free riding behavior,knowledge hiding and low proportion of valuable answers.Focus on the insufficient output of knowledge innovation in the community,improve and enhance the user's knowledge innovation behavior,enrich the accumulation of community knowledge base.On the basis of social capital theory,self-determination theory,knowledge innovation theory and configuration theory,this paper defines the relevant concepts,selects five factors as antecedents: communication interaction,trust,common vision,knowledge accumulation and knowledge self-efficacy,and takes the development of new knowledge and knowledge source innovation as the measurement content of user knowledge innovation behavior results.Questionnaire was developed to collect real case data.After screening and cleaning,166 real and effective cases were obtained.With the help of fsqca3.0 software,the effective data are transformed,calibrated,analyzed under necessary and sufficient conditions.Finally,three solutions are obtained: user interaction and knowledge self-efficacy are the core elements,and there are four asymmetric causality configurations that affect users' knowledge innovation behavior in Q&A community: L1 interaction * trust *Knowledge self-efficacy;L2 interaction * ? shared vision * ? knowledge accumulation;L3 shared vision * knowledge accumulation * Knowledge self-efficacy;L4 trust * ? shared vision *Knowledge accumulation * Knowledge self-efficacy.Among them,high interaction,high trust and high knowledge self-efficacy configuration is the optimal path to trigger users' knowledge innovation behavior.The decisive influence of a single element on knowledge innovation behavior in current Q&A communities is found not to exist,and finally,based on the results of multiple concurrent causality,we propose to improve the community interaction function,establish a trust mechanism for opinion leaders,optimize the community text mining and recommendation algorithm,sign up highly knowledge self-efficacious users for the community,improve the community publicity and marketing to attract more potential users to participate in community activities,regulate user expression and six suggestions are made to provide insight into the innovative construction and management of Q&A communities.
