As China's economic and social progress continues to increase,the demand for commercial vehicles continues to increase.This not only promotes the rapid development of domestic commercial vehicle manufacturers,but also attracts internationally renowned automobile manufacturers to enter China and increase the level of manufacturing intelligence.The commanding height of the industrial Internet has become a new direction of competition for all parties.The industrial Internet has brought new thinking patterns to manufacturing companies.This is even a challenge for domestic auto manufacturers.With the development of technology,the difference between the products of the company is getting smaller and smaller,the life cycle of the automobile has shifted and the position of the after-sales service has become more and more important.This also enables the auto manufacturing company to invest in the after-sales service within the three-period period.Higher and higher.However,the analysis of the after-sales service cost of each small-scale automobile manufacturing enterprise on the collaborative platform of the automobile industry chain is still in a blank state.Improving the cost analysis of automotive after-sales services and real-time monitoring of after-sales service costs has gradually become a top priority for business development.Providing a comprehensive after-sales service cost analysis for the enterprise brings higher added value to the business data accumulated over many years,and supports the strategic decisions made by manufacturing companies,becoming an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article takes the KM enterprise as a prototype and studies its after-sales service business model.It finds that the after-sales service data exchange system between the manufacturing plant and the service provider is relatively complete,but lacks after-sales service cost data analysis.The monitoring and analysis of enterprise after-sales service cost is the key to enterprise's strategic management.Through the after-sales service cost analysis,management and forecasting,it provides more real data support and decision-making for the decision-making of car manufacturing enterprise management.This paper extracts and cleans up the data related to the after-sales service cost in the service business database accumulated by the company for many years to form an analysis report to help the company to grasp the market demand in time.Through a variety of analysis,provide reference for vehicle models,service providers,regions,and parts evaluation,and provide suggestions for model changes.This paper uses the C# language and adopts a three-tier architecture based on the B/S model.According to the system requirements,the system management module,after-sales service cost analysis report,after-sales service cost inquiry,and after-sales service cost management module are implemented,and Echarts are used in the system.Front-end data visualization makes it easier for companies to control the current status of after-sales service costs,make adjustments to production plans in a timely manner,and provide reference for strategic adjustments.
