The Third-Grade Class-A Hospital offers hospital medical and health services from region,provincial,municipal to the country,in addition to undertake protecting people's health in the region and the surrounding area,providing an important task of the high level of health care and preventive health services,It also shoulders responsibilities of higher medical education and scientific researches.It is the leading force in medical and health institutions in China.Clinical Department Director,in the management work of the tertiary hospitals plays an important role of a connecting link between the preceding and the following.At the same time,a good Clinical Department director is to ensure the completion of the hospital medical quality,discipline development,talent echelon construction,scientific research and teaching work,and even the hospital medical level to enhance the overall.He will play a very important role.With the rapid development of medicine,medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and health system reform unceasingly thorough,the traditional model of hospital management hasn't adapted to the special requirements in the new Era.Under the new trend of hospital personnel management ability in the Research on three level general hospitals,a clinic department director competency model should explore new ways of the development and management of talent resources of clinical department director in China,and improve the tertiary hospital core competitiveness and sustainable development has important theoretical and practical significance.Research contents and methods:1.In this paper,it is firstly based on the medical and health undertakings in our country in the new period,using the method of literature study,respectively from the tertiary general hospital in the macro environment and the internal environment to begin,to influence the development of various aspects of factors analysis system,and puts forward the tertiary general hospital in Chinese present situation and the existing problems;and then it explains the attributes of the tertiary general hospital clinic department director,focusing on the analysis of the quality characteristics of clinical department director of the post.2.By using expert consultation method and behavioral event interview method,combined with the three grade hospital clinic department director competency coding dictionary ",refine,director of the Department of clinical competency,establish the third class comprehensive hospital clinical department director of the core competency model through exploratory factor analysis.3.Verify the force model of the reliability and validity of the competency,by examining the amount of content validity and construct validity and the effects of reliability and validity of the questionnaire through the self-made the tertiary general hospital clinical department director of the core competency Self-Evaluation Questionnaire "4.Adequate the force theory into clinical director of the Department of performance studies,tertiary general Hospital Clinic Department Director performance model building,and use structural equation model to verify,and then establish the competency performance model,investigation of clinical director of core competency of performance whether there is to influence and achieve further confirms the competent force model.5.Finally,according to the results of this study,we propose measures and suggestions to improve the competency of clinical department director in the three level general hospitals.The Research Results1.The BEI results show that blue chip group interview time is 68.9 judg 738 minutes,the length of the interview for the 11322.4 1222.23;ordinary group interview time is the two coders.3.The core competency of the clinic department director in The Third Class Comprehensive Hospital consists of four dimensions,professional ability,management skills,Personal traits and interpersonal relationship.Four latent variables affect competence from big to small in turn as follows: management skills,professional ability,Personal traits,interpersonal relationship.The result of the confirmatory factor analysis shows:1)The dimension of management skills contains seven competence characteristics,the degree of influence of each competency characteristic to competency from big to small is quality attention(QA)?Developing talents(DEV)?justice(JUS)? guidance and monitoring(GNM)? team construction(TC)? decision(DEC)?dperation(OPE).2)The dimension of professional ability consists of four competence characteristics,and the degree of influence of each competency characteristic to competency from big to small is innovation(INV)?profession and skills(PRO)?system thinking(SYT)?learning(LRN).3)The dimension of Personal traits contains four competence characteristics,and the degree of influence of each competency characteristic to competency from big to small is responsibility(RSP)? medical humanities accomplishment(HUM)? impact(IMP)?(ACH).4)The dimension of interpersonal relationship consists of two competence characteristics,and the degree of influence of each competency characteristic to competency from big to small is relationship building(RB)?interpersonal understanding(IU).4.Analyzing ‘self-evaluation questionnaire on the core competency of the clinic department director in The Third Class Comprehensive Hospital',The result shows that the average number of high and low groups are statistically significant(P<0.001);the common test result shows that each item in the questionnaire has good commonality,the variance explanation rate is 88.743,and the variance explanation rate is good,which indicates that the scale has good construct validity;The degree of internal consistency of the questionnaire items is tested,the Alpha Cronbach coefficient between 0.701-0.887,which shows that the overall reliability and the reliability of each dimension of the self-evaluation questionnaire are all good;confirmatory factor analysis confirms that the model of the core competency of the clinic department director in The Third Class Comprehensive Hospital has good coherence.5.The performance and department management of the clinic department director in The Third Class Comprehensive Hospital has the consistency,and the performance model can be expressed by two dimensions: task performance and relationship performance.The task performance is composed of four factors: task efficiency,task cost,task quality and quantity;and the relationship performance consists of three factors: the satisfaction of superior department,the Internal satisfaction of Department,the satisfaction of patient.According to the survey data,calculation of structural equation model shows:1)Task performance had a more significant impact on the performance of clinical department directors;2)In dimension of the task performance,the influence of each factor on the management performance of the Department is from big to small: Task quality,task efficiency,task cost,task quantity;3)In dimension of the relationship performance,the impact of each factor on the performance of the department management from big to small is the satisfaction of patient,the satisfaction of superior department,the Internal satisfaction of Department;4)The study of the core competency of the clinic department director in The Third Class Comprehensive Hospital can predict the performance of the department management,and it has a significant impact on high performance.
