Objective:Post-puberty acne is one of the patients with more treatments in this disease. In the clinic, the instructor believes that the lung meridian heat in patients with acne-free acne is the basic pathogenesis, and the liver and kidney deficiency is not the same. The main reason for this type of patients, therefore, this study is based on the Qingfangfei drink as the basis for addition and subtraction,to observe the hemorrhoids lesion score of patients with hemorrhoids after puberty, and the specific quality of life of patients with acne(Acne-QOL)The effects of scoring, sex hormone levels and clinical efficacy were analyzed, and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main factors affecting clinical efficacy,in order to evaluate the clinical effect of Qiqingfeiyin on the treatment of acne after puberty, and based on Logistic regression analysis.Patients with poor clinical efficacy are treated with drugs to reduce clinical outcomes. Methods:The cases in this thesis were all from the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine). The study time was from April 20 to 2019,and 62 patients were included in the study period. In the order, the patients were randomly di-vided into a treatment group and a control group by reference to a random number table, including 32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with the addition and subtraction of phlegm and clearing the lungs.According to the clinical symptoms, the patients in the control group were given oral tanshinone(Hebei Xinglong Xi Li Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),3 times a day,4 capsules each time.8 weeks. The effects of Chinese medicine hemorrhoids lesion score,Acne-QOL score, sex hormone level and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main factors affecting clinical efficacy.Results:1.At the 4th week and the 8th week of treatment, both groups showed significant improvement compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoids lesions between the treatment group and the control group at the 4th week of treatment(t=-1.06,P=0.29).At the 8th week of treatment, treatment The scores of Chinese medicine patients with hemorrhoids lesions were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(week 8:t=-2.89,P=0.006);2.At 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the Acne-QOL scores were significantly improved in both groups compared with the pre-treatment Acne-QOL scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Acne-QOL score between the treatment group and the control group at 4 weeks of treatment(t=1.09,P=0.27).At 8 weeks of treatment, treatment was performed. The Acne-QOL score was better in the group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.26,P =0.001).At 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the Acne-QOL specific item scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment.Significant improvement, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in emotional function,self-perception,and social function between the two groups at 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),but the difference was statistically significant in the comparison of acne symptom scores.Academic significance(P<0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of Acne-QOL scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4,In the treatment group,3 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total clinical effective rate was 87.5%.In the control group,1 case was cured,11 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective, and total effective rate was obtained.66.7%,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared, the difference was statistically significant(X2=3.84,P=0.04).5.Study 11 ages, duration of illness, alcohol consumption, body mass index, sleep disorders, skin type, sex hormone levels, polycystic ovary syndrome,Hamilton score(17 items),family history, menstrual status, etc. The content was analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed that drnnking, sleep disorders, menstruation,HAMD score, combined with polycystic ovary syndrome and PRL had an effect on the clinical efficacy of the study(P<0.05).6.Drinking,sleep disorders, menstrual status,HAMD score, whether combined with polycystic ovary syndrome and PRL may affect the efficacy of the factors in the logistic regression analysis model, statistical analysis found that HAMD score and polycystic ovary syndrome affect clinical The main factors of efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The levels of serum T,E2 and PRL in patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty were significantly higher than those in healthy controls.2.Compared with oral administration of tanshinone, the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis can significantly improve the score of Chinese medicine patients with moderate and severe acne after puberty, and improve the specific quality of life score of patients with acne, and the clinical effect is better than oral tanshinone;3.Compared with oral administration of tanshinone,Qiqingfei Decoction can significantly reduce serum T and PRL levels in patients with moderate and severe acne after puberty, but the E2 level is not statistically significant.4.Anxiety and polycystic ovary syndrome are the main reasons that affect the clinical efficacy of patients with moderate or severe acne after puberty. For patients with poor clinical efficacy, medication can be adjusted according to the situation to improve clinical efficacy.
