Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Regulating Chong Ren Meridians On Female Delayed Post-adolescent Acne And Its Influence On Serum T,DHEA

Objective :using modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with Erzhi Pill to treat the type of Chong and Ren meridians disorders of the delayed post-adolescent acne and observing its clinic effects,adverse reaction,recurrence rate and the changes of serum T?DHEA before and after treatment.Methods :73 patients who are the type of Chong and Ren meridians disorders of the delayed post-adolescent acne are divided into 2 groups randomly named treatment group and control group.The treatment group consists of 42 cases and control group 31 cases.There were no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease among the three groups(p > 0.05).Patients of treatment group are treated with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with Erzhi Pill to take orally and Siwei Huanglian lotion for external use.Patients of control group are treated with tanshinone capsules to take orally and Siwei Huanglian lotion for external use.Two groups are treated for 8 weeks and referral once every 2 weeks,observing and recording the changes of GAGS scores,TCM syndrome scores,DLQI scores and adverse reaction of the patients before treatment and after treatment 2,4,6,8 weeks.3ml of blood samplings are conducted respectively before and after treatment.Results :(1)The GAGS scores are not statistically significant in two groups of patients before treatment(p>0.05),they are statistically significant after treatment2,4,6,8 weeks(p<0.05).(2)The curative effect are not statistically significant in two groups after treatment 2 weeks(p>0.05),but they are significant after treatment 4,6,8weeks(p < 0.05).(3)The TCM syndrome scores are significant before and after treatment(p <0.05).(4)The changes of serum T?DHEA:There are no statistically significant in two groups of patients before and after treatment(p>0.05);There are statistically significant compared to Health Group before and after treatment(p<0.05);There are statistically significant compared to themselves respectively after treatment(p<0.05).(5)The adverse reaction and recurrence rate are not statisticallysignificant before and after treatment in two groups(p>0.05).(6)The DLQI scores are significant before and after treatment in two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion : There is obvious curative effect to treat the type of Chong and Ren meridians disorders of the delayed post-adolescent acne with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with Erzhi Pill which can improve the symptoms of patients apparently and reduce GAGS scores effectively.
