Clinical Efficacy Of Wenjing Decoction In Treating Female Acne(Maladjustment Of The Chong And Ren Meridians)

Purpose:By studying the clinical effect of wenjing decoction in the treatment of female acne(maladjustment of the chong and ren meridians)and preliminarily observing its safety,it Provide more ideas for the clinical application of this treatment for refractory female acne.Methodology:76 female acne patients included in the trial were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases each.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction "Wen Jing Tang" plus or minus,and the control group was given the Chinese medicine decoction "Erxian Decoction and Zhibai Dihuang Pill" orally,Both groups were given a "clindamycin phosphate gel" for external use.A total of 8 weeks of treatment,followed up for 3 months;record lesion scores,syndrome scores and recurrence,statistical analysis of the difference between the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and that of the control group was 75%.After mann-whitney U test,p>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.(2)Compared with the total scores of the two groups beforeand after treatment,the Mann-Whitney U test showed no significant difference(p > 0.05).(3)The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared after3 months.The recurrence rate was 66.67% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.After Fisher's exact test,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(4)Before and after treatment,the Skin lesions and syndrome scores of the two groups were analyzed by Wilcoxo signed rank test,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The scores between the groups were compared by Mann-Whitney U test,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Wenjing Decoction can significantly improve the skin lesions and symptoms of patients.(2)The “wenjing decoction” and “ Erxian Tang Hezhibai Dihuang Pill” are equivalent to the comprehensive curative effect of treating female acne(Chong Ren Shi Zheng Zheng);it has the same effect in controlling the recurrence rate of disease,skin lesions and syndrome improvement.(3)The “wenjing decoction” has a small adverse reaction in the treatment of female acne,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
