Research On Value Evaluation Of The Chinese Eastern Railway Industrial Heritages From Perspective Of Heritage Corridor

The Chinese Eastern Railway(CER)represents the railway technical level at that time,and it is the connection of foreign country and northeast part of China.It is a microcosm of the 19 th century industrial concentration and also the result of the multiple cultural exchanging process.The CER has high historical narrative and symbolic significance.CER industrial heritages are important Remains of northeast China,which have Russian amorous feelings in background environment,integral pattern,and so on.Value evaluation in this paper is a key step of CER industrial heritage corridor construction process.This value evaluation runs through the heritage corridor construction theory,and makes the value evaluation have target depended on theory.This paper makes the CER industrial heritage as the main research object.First of all,this paper arranges process and composition of the CER industrial heritage corridor construction,and finds out the value evaluation position.Due to the CER industrial heritage corridor complexity,it is sepretaded by three parts,heritage system,natural system and support system.The core composition of heritage system is the CER industrial heritage.Secondly,this paper deconstructs the protection lavel,combining with thee CER's features,then proposes a systematic interpretation theoretical logic framework of CER industrial heritage,which mainly divided into four parts,monomer,station,town and overall level value evaluation.What's more,the low level value evaluation results are the high level basis data,and it is also a progressive layers of the process which linked together.The value vector and value formation of CER industrial heritage in the view of heritage corridor is an important part of the value evaluation study.First,the paper starts from the historical context of the CER industrial heritage,and studies its historical background,construction and the process of cultural communication.In turn,the paper summarizes its physical form and the intrinsic form.Then,combining with the domestic and foreign relevant value constitute research,this paper expounds the value formation,basic properties,the value cognition perspective,value composition and the relationship between the various values to understand CER industrial heritage value.Then,this paper takes questionnaire to optimize the index based on index frequency analysis of previous studies.On the basis of above,the paper uses the structural equation model(SEM)to determine the index and path of model combining with the data generation for adjustment,and then establishs the CER industrial heritage value evaluation index system from the perspective of CER heritage corridor.The index weight determination is using path coefficient.After model construction,the paper takes Chengaozi to Hengdaohezi section of CER for model application by the multi-levels value evaluation.After finishing the monomer level value evaluation,this paper gets the monomer level hiararcy,then uses this result to evaluate the station level.The town level value evaluation is a qualitative analysis which combined with the results of the former two levels.Finally,according to theory of the heritage corridor overall value is more than the sum of monomer value,this paper integrates the Chronological-Regional and theme framework of world heritage theory to evaluate the CER industrial heritage overall value which based on the results of the above three levels result.This part takes comparison and analysis by putting the CER into the same type heritages in different platforms,and extendes to other giant system heritages.It can ascend the CER industrial heritage value knowledge to a new level,and provide view and theory reference for people to understand the CER industrial heritage value more and more.This paper deconstructs the activity mechanism of CER industrial heritage value evaluation,and studies the value composition by using the heritage corridor theory which introduced management science and other multi-disciplinary methods.Considering the complexity of CER industrial heritage value evaluation,this paper adopts heritage corridor value evaluation method,SEM method,ChronologicalRegional and theme method,comparison study method and research methods,and takes field investigation and comprehensive analysis method for supplement to make the result more reasonable and accurate.This paper introduces the heritage corridor theory and method to the CER industrial heritage research area which make significance.This research will provide a reference to other railway industrial heritage value evaluation.
