Non-use Values Evaluation Of Angangxi Chinese Eastern Railway Industrial Heritage

With the transition of the industrial society to information society, the industrial heritage as a legacy resource of the industrial society gets more and more concern and attention of the community.However, the domestic industrial heritage value classification system and valuation methods is still in its infancy, all aspects of the research results and data is imperfect.In this paper, it based on research at home and abroad on the classification and valuation of the value of industrial heritage, try to build industrial heritage values in Angangxi area classification system and evaluation methods, and the practical application of research of Angangxi Chinese Eastern Railway industrial heritage non-use value assessment.From the point of view of economics and industrial archology to summarize the industrial heritage value classification and evaluation methods of Angangxi areas is introduced in this paper, and on its basis puts forward the method-CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) which is applicable to the non-use value assessment for industrial heritage of Chinese Eastern Railway in Angangxi area. Combined with the theory of resource economics, it analyses the applicability of CVM to the evaluation of non-use values of Angangxi district industrial heritage, and gives some suggestions on the practical application of CVM to Angangxi area to fill the vacancy of CVM method to the non-use value evaluative application of industrial heritage field.In this study, first it analyses the constitute and the meaning of the non-use values of Angangxi Chinese Eastern Railway industrial heritage, and expounds and secondary defines for each of its three constitute value-option value, bequest value, existence value, improves the non-use values meanings of Angangxi industrial heritage.Secondly, by the structure of Angangxi industrial heritage value, use the CVM method to estimate the non-use values for Angangxi Chinese Eastern Railway industrial heritage is913,741,100to919,059,800yuan, the existence value is422,239,800to424,697,500yuan, the bequest value is289,016,300～290,698,600yuan, the option value is202,485,000to203,663,700yuan. And the variable factors affecting WTP are tested by using chi-square value and cross tabulations method. Finally, it combines the evaluation results and the actual situation of Angangxi area to propose a targeted protection and applicability reuse strategy, and to provide valuable suggestions for the future protection of industrial heritage of Angangxi area.
