The residents' interpersonal relationship network has been destroyed in NZ community, making people have a strong sense of being forsaken. Under the guidance of residents' committees they start difficult self-help action. The residents' personal relationship appears disembedding and formal in QJ community. The residents get together based on interest and have no obvious community attachment. The residents' interaction forms involution mode closely in JL community, the residents having a strong sense of community attachment.(2) The Author summarizes the dynamic mechanism that promotes the evolution of No.3 Mine, discusses the factors that act on the residential space and the residents, and explains why residents in 3 different urban communities communicate completely differently.(3) Danwei consciousness and collective memory that formed in the mining area has far-reaching influence on the residents' adaption to urban life and communication restructuring in the urban communities.
