Research On Planning And Design Strategies Of Mixed Community Under The Background Of Urban Residential Differentiation Trend In China

With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization in recent years,more and more single functional urban development areas and single functional urban living areas have appeared in China’s urban planning,which makes the phenomenon of isolation and differentiation between different classes of residents in urban living space increasingly obvious.The residential theory of mixed community has been developed and practiced for decades In today’s community planning and design plays an increasingly important role.This paper starts from the perspective of this background,summarizes the basic theory of the current development and construction planning of the mixed community in China and the actual situation closely related to it,analyzes a large number of domestic residential communities built based on the "functional zoning" theory,finds and puts forward some problems they are facing,and analyzes the mixed community Then,it puts forward the solution of mixed community planning and design.Firstly,the object,scope,method and framework of this study are determined,and the definition of mixed community is defined.On this basis,the relevant theories,research trends and practice process of mixed community at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized.Secondly,from multiple perspectives,this paper summarizes some common problems existing in the current domestic ordinary community,analyzes the characteristics and advantages of mixed community,and demonstrates the inevitability of developing a mixed community.On this basis,the article will focus on the key points of the construction of mixed community,from the two aspects of land function mixing and building function mixing to elaborate the function mixing part of mixed community,and from the perspective of "mixed" layout of road traffic and space planning to elaborate how to build a scientific and reasonable mixed community of different classes.Finally,through the theory and practice of Xiangtan Biquan Lake mixed community construction project,this paper makes an in-depth and systematic analysis of the construction project,empirically demonstrates the guiding significance of the planning and design strategy of mixed community construction in the practical application process of Biquan Lake mixed community planning,and then analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical research points of the full text,and makes suggestions for the follow-up research The prospect of the research work is put forward.
