Research On Spatial Optimization Strategy Of Danwei Community Based On Time Spatial Behavior Characteristics

With the transformation of China's economy,urban development has changed from the rapid development to slowing-down pattern.Incremental planning is not suitable for the development of modern society;stock planning gradually replace incremental planning to become the focus of urban development.As the main carrier of the planning of built-up area,Danwei community is closely related to people's daily life.In recent years,with the disintegration of the Danwei system,the daily behavior of community residents has changed a lot.In the interpretation of the Danwei community space,the research on the behavior of space and time is considered to describe the characteristics of various types of behavior of residents in order to analyze the interaction between the them.The research of the Danwei community is mostly based on the transformation of the Danwei system,and there is less research on the optimization of the community space at present;While the study of the characteristics of the residents of the space and time is mostly based on theoretical and descriptive research,lacking of community space operations.In view of all above problems,this paper discusses the optimization strategy of the Danwei community space from the perspective of t he spatial characteristics of the residents' behavior,and analyzed the problems existing in the use of the communities space based on the field investigation of the typical communities.This paper studies the spatial and temporal characteristics of the da ily behavior of the residents in the community,according to the spatial behavior of residents,the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward,so as to improve the quality of community space and the quality of life of residents.The focus of this paper is to analyze the spatial characteristics of the residents in Danwei community,and to put forward the optimization strategy of the Danwei community space.In this paper,firstly,the direction of the research project and related concepts are defined,and then analyzed Maslow's theory of needs,environmental behavior theory,time geography theory and organic renewal theory,and clarified their guiding significance for this paper.The current situation of community development is analyzed systematically,and puts forward the similarities and differences between the Danwei community and the common community.This paper summarizes the current situation of the use of communit y space,analyzes the characteristics of the daily behavior of community residents,and defines the needs of residents in the space.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of Danwei community space and its optimization principle,and the improvement is made from two aspects of the material space and social space.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the community space,and tries to improve the community space and the quality of the residents' life in the Danwei community.
