The Research On Knowledge Ecosystem Service Mode Of University Library Under Mobile Environment

The emergence and rapid development of mobile environment brings great changes to the society and has a substantial influence on the construction and development of university library.Although a large majority of mobile application services have been widely adapted,most of them are replicas of internet services,which result in no tangible innovation for library services.The gap between library services and user needs still exists.This thesis brings knowledge ecosystem theory into university library to investigate the issue of mobile service environment,which could provide a new perspective for the research on the service of university library under mobile environment.The author hopes that this research can make contributions to the mobile service of university library and help it develop in a more scientific,efficient,long-term and sustainable way.Chapter Two introduces the theory of natural ecology,social ecology and knowledge ecology from the level of knowledge ecology.It analyzes the formation,structure,optimization and mode of knowledge chain from the perspective of knowledge chain.It identifies the concept,approach and content of mobile services from the view of mobile library services.It analyzes the knowledge ecosystem,library knowledge ecosystem and university library knowledge ecosystem under mobile environment from the dimension of knowledge ecosystem in university library.This chapter is the theoretical foundation of the thesis and provides relevant theoretical sources for the research content.Chapter Three discusses the service mechanism of knowledge ecosystem in university library under mobile environment according to the theory in C hapter Two.It analyzes the components and structure of the system and argues that its formation is a combined result of internal motivation,external motivation,beneficial factors and limiting factors.The system has a certain life cycle and is a self-organization and self-adaption system.It is also a knowledge-based innovation,knowledge transfer consumption,knowledge eco-feedback and knowledge co-evolution system.The service mode of knowledge ecosystem in university library is a personalized service process in which the knowledge service subject provides knowledge products for the knowledge user under mobile environment.This chapter is the core of the thesis and serves as a conceptual logic framework.Chapter Four studies the service mode of subject knowledge resource in university library under mobile environment from the level of subject knowledge resource.Based on the theory of subject service and knowledge service,this chapter puts forward the idea of carrying out the “productization” of mobile service in university library.It also discusses the features,structure and service principles of subject knowledge resource system of university library under mobile environment.The service mode is mainly composed of subject knowledge mobile service platform,service data center and subject resource maintenance system.It achieves the functions of knowledge exchange,knowledge retrieval,knowledge navigation,knowledge push and knowledge evaluation through the knowledge chain.This chapter studies the service base of the system and provides the material medium for the service.Chapter Five studies the cloud computing service mode of university library under mobile environment from the level of mobile knowledge technology.This chapter elaborates the service mode of mobile technology in university library based on the cloud computing theory,and probes into its technical framework.Combining with the actual situation of university library,this chapter puts forward a mobile cloud computing service platform in university library,and carries out the function design from the infrastructure layer,the data processing layer,the management control layer and the service application layer respectively.It identifies the realization path and discusses the operation process.This chapter studies the technical support of the system and provides the evidence of feasibility of technology for the service.Chapter Six studies the personalized service mode of university library users under mobile environment from the users' personalized needs.Based on the theory of personalized service,this chapter summarizes the connotation,type and characteristics of mobile users in university library.Through the analysis of the individualized demand evolution direction based on the current situation of users' needs and the questionnaires of the teachers,students,researchers and management staff from seven universities in C hangchun,this thesis studies three personalized mobile service modes of “course teaching and learning”,“scientific research projects and paper writing” and “university scientific management”,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.This chapter focuses on the service goals,which points out the service direction.Chapter Seven from the level of knowledge environment,the service guarantee of the knowledge ecosystem of university library in the mobile environment is studied.This chapter discusses the connotation and characteristics of knowledge environment,clarifies knowledge and culture education,intellectual property protection,knowledge system construction and knowledge economy strategy in mobile services,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures.This chapter focuses on the service guarantee of the system,which provides operating conditions for the efficient service.The research promotes the development of knowledge ecosystem,enriches the connotation of knowledge ecosystem in mobile environment and contributes to the construction and development of mobile service in university library at the theoretical level.Through the study on the mobile service mode of knowledge ecosystem in university library,this thesis clarifies the role of reform and innovation in mobile service and elaborates the new concept of mobile service in university library.At the practice level,this thesis studies the users' personalized needs in university and investigates their teaching,learning,scientific research and management activities,which provides strong reference for the practice of mobile service in university library.In future research,the author will continue to regard knowledge ecosystem as the theory foundation to further expand new theory and service mode of university library under mobile environment and promote constant development of library economy in university through in-depth research and empirical examples.
