Research On Value Co-creation Mechanism And Subject Evolution Mechanism Of Library Knowledge Service Based On Data Ecology

Under the data ecological environment,the development of technology on the Internet and communication industry makes the scale of data in different fields increase unprecedentedly.Data-driven technology is bringing changes to all walks of life and creating new development opportunities.As a traditional public cultural service,the library is facing not only new development environment,but also new development requirements and challenges.The library urgently needs to accelerate the pace of innovation services,give full play to the advantages of cross-border integration and development brought about by the data ecology,actively link users,universities,enterprises,government agencies,data providers,and publishers as the common participants in the creation of library values.The number-based innovation service development model realizes the synergistic reciprocity and innovative user experience of multiple entities,and injects the core impetus for the sustainable development of the library.This paper teases relevant research at nation and abroad,summarizes the current research progress of library knowledge service value and determines the research ideas and research focus of this paper.Firstly,based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper elaborates on the concept and characteristics of the library knowledge service value co-creation system under the data ecology,analyzes the composition of the library knowledge service value,and the value of each subject to the knowledge service.The impact of innovation and the process of creating value for library knowledge services.Based on the research on the influence factors and process of library knowledge service value creation,the causal relationship between the various subjects in the library knowledge service value creation system is explored,and the dynamic model of the library knowledge service value creation system is established according to the value co-creation theory and the causal relationship between the various subjects in the library knowledge service value creation system,and the library knowledge service value co-creation system is simulated by the Vensim PLE simulation software.In this paper,we construct the library knowledge service value co-creation system flow graph through Vensim PLE software and quantitatively reflect the causal relationship between subjects through model equations.According to the simulation results,the model proposed in this paper can realistically reflect the evolution process of library knowledge service value creation,and we can obtain some conclusions by further analysis and discussion: Firstly,the library knowledge service value creates more participants.The more stable the value of the library knowledge service co-creation system is,the better the influence of the value co-creation becomes;Secondly,the users,libraries,competitors,collaborators and policy makers can have a positive impact on the value co-creation effect.However,the degree of influence is different,the effects of library service interaction ability and its system construction are dominant among those factors.Thirdly,the value of co-creation of different communication mechanisms and modes of action between participants determines the mode and effect of library knowledge service value creation.The value of knowledge service to create the independent development of the subject,the development of competition,and the development of synergy and reciprocity are studied.We find that under the synergistic and reciprocal development of value co-creation subjects,the functions of each participating subject can become maximized.Finally,combined with the above simulation research,we propose the optimization strategy of library knowledge service value creation from the aspects of platform guarantee,system guarantee,guidance mechanism and capacity building.This thesis aims to improve the effectiveness of library value creation,enhance the competitiveness of libraries in the information society and provide users with quality information services better.
