Changzhou-School is an important part of history of academic studies in Qing Dynasty. Zhuang Cunyu and his students were good at study Gong-Yang classics, in base of this reason, Changzhou-School is also considered as Changzhou Gong-Yang School. Changzhou-School continued to improve and perfect the genealogy of knowledge in the process of formation, development and inherit. Their thought initiated the revolution of academy and polity in late Qing Dynasty. For this sake, the meaning of study on Changzhou-School is hard to ignore in history of academy studies. Along with the introduction of the western-history and interdisciplinary theory, the study on Changzhou-School is of great urgency.The reason of Changzhou-School suddenly arisen in late Qing Dynasty is the most of content of this paper:Chapter 1:The study on "Xue-Yuan" which is the academic history tie of Changzhou-School.Section 1:The writer discusses the reason of Changzhou-School suddenly arisen in late Qing Dynasty is the most of content of this paper. The history of classic Study before Qing Dynasty, Classic Study is an important part of Confucianism, because of the different methods of Kaoju and Yili, Classic Study was gradually divided to be Han-Study and Song-Study. Among the period of Qian-Jia, a lot of scholar inherited this thought legacy. They structured Qian-Jia School with the enormous genealogy of knowledge. Changzhou-School was also a part of them.Section 2:In the period between Ming and Qing Dynasty, with the turbulence of the society,a shipment of scholar abandoned the old and rigid study tradition, also advocated the atmosphere of applications on reality. The representative scholar Gu Yanwu and Huang Zongxi made the finality contribution on the construction of study in Qing Dynasty. Especially the thought of them was full of challenge on old authority, the creation on new ideology. Their thought caused a profound influence in late study, also included Changzhou-School.Section 3:For example of "Gong-Yang" study, the argument between Ancient and New writing classic study is accompanied by the development of all the academic history. Earlier in the West and East Han Dynasty, these two studies started to contend on textual classic and each study also had own discipline and thought But in the late periods, ancient writing classic study occupied the stage of orthodox classic study, especially with Zhu-Zi study became the official study. However, New writing classic study was not disappeared but also became an underflow in river of classic. Finally in Qing Dynasty, with the compiling of Changzhou-School, the value of "Gong-Yang" classic was explored and considered again and proved to be a catalyst for change of academic studies in late Qing Dynasty.Chapter 2:The study on "Xie-Yuan" which is the family history tie of Changzhou-School.Section 1:The writer studied on the clan mansion, population, fertility, migration and marriage. Studies suggest that the Zhuang Clan in Changzhou stem from in the late Ming Dynasty, the formation of a quarter patterns. The population of Zhuang Clan flourished in the mid-Qing Dynasty, while the huge loss in Xianfeng and Tongzhi, restoring in Guangxu. Strict adoptive ensured the continuation of the future generations of the clan. The Zhuang Clan in Changzhou established contact with other prominent clans through marriage.Section2:The writer studied on Juren, Jinshi, officials, scholars, and writings. Studies suggest that there are many ranking front, young adults, a North championship try of Zhuang Clan’s Juren and Jinshi. The literature have retained a lot about the the Zhuang Clan’s imperial examination elephants. Officials of the Zhuang Clan were the few high-ranking officials. They served the Imperial Academy, also served as the examiner in the imperial examination, and made a contribution to local education. They also wrote books and academic attainments. Their books are over the classics, history and literature, especially the classics and literature.Section3:The writer studied on imperial examination’s, academic, morality, talent, female education, tour and friends. The clan put great importance to the children education and teachers, made efforts to preserve the family collection, Moral education, talent training shaped the character of the clan members. Many women in the clan wrote books, play an irreplaceable role in the education. After the abolition of the imperial examination system, the tribe to accept and participate in setting up the new style schools, and had made some achievements. The clan also focused on making friends, traveling and cultural practice and theoretical education supplement.Chapter 3:The study on "Di-Yuan" which is the regional history tie of Changzhou-School.Sectionl:The write at first, describing the history evolvement of geography, environment, circumstance, administration and population in Changzhou City, presents the conditions of city development and reasons of city space structure to be. Merchandising and developing of economy are also discussed as well as the relationship of city with merchantman and chamber of commerce.Section2:As the type of "factuality scholarship",Changzhou intellectual colony was noticed by contemporary scholar, such as Gong Zizhen. The writer discuss the achievement of Changzhou "factuality scholarship". Changzhou had centuries-old history, from Late Ming Dynasty, Don-Lin Partisan in WuXi formed society attention tradition. This tradition then transferred between families. The nucleus thought of " factuality scholarship" was pursuing freedom during the thought suppressing period.Section3:The writer discusses the literati’s activity in the city, using the concept of revised culture resource, and the example of Pi-Lin-QI-Zhi, structure and stratification of literati are researched to obtain the effect on form of literati from city environment, agnation, and literati’s group. At last, the writer will try to discuss variety of urban culture by research an important culture landscape-White Cloud Creek.
