Background:Stroke, it is a sudden faint servant, unconscious, hemiplegia, Kouyanwaixie, language disadvantage, but in only one disease or fail based Wai secluded disease without faint servant. Because of its rapid onset, Zheng Jian more rapid change, such as "wind evil" good few changes, so called "stroke. " Stroke is one of the four major medical illness, but also one of the three deadly diseases, and is the first long-term disabling diseases [1], has a high incidence and high mortality, high morbidity, recurrence rate is high. Because 70 to 80 percent of stroke survivors are left with varying degrees of physical functional disability or cognitive impairment, daily needs of others care, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients, but also to the family and social burden. Objective:Stroke is a common clinical disease; quality of life of stroke patients is closely related to the recovery of limb function. After acupuncture treatment for stroke clinical trials on limb dysfunction effectiveness has been confirmed for the years. The issue related to the evaluation of limb function selection criteria, assessed warm acupuncture and temporal three-needle efficacy in stroke rehabilitation, acupuncture combined with traditional temporal compare the efficacy of three doses of theory and clinical reasoning both warm acupuncture for the treatment of stroke. Methods:Organize awareness literature" review and treatment of ancient and modern Chinese medicine pathogenesis of stroke, and summarize needle and moxibustion in stroke application, moxibustion combined with modern medical technology for stroke intervention mechanism to explore and clinical outcomes; review of acupuncture Advances in stroke rehabilitation; and be reviewed and prospects on this basis. Clinical study from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of acupuncture ward inpatients, consistent stroke, the Western diagnostic criteria, based on inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria 60 cases of stroke in patients with limb dysfunction, according to the admission by a random sequence digital watch with 1:1 ratio randomized, based on the basis of symptomatic treatment (control of blood pressure, blood sugar, lipid-lowering, nutrition nerve, blood circulation, etc.) and physical therapy on clinical practice, is divided into three temporal warm acupuncture and acupuncture group (treatment group) and traditional acupuncture combined with temporal three-needle group (control group). Once a day from Monday to Saturday, with four weeks (24 times) for the treatment time. Respectively syndromes assessment, simplified Fugl-Meyer score, Brunnstrom on lower extremity motor function scale for clinical evaluation index, once assessed before and after treatment, the clinical results after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results:Two sets of data before treatment, general statistical analysis, including age, disease duration, type of stroke, TCM type peer group comparison the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), TCM syndrome score before treatment, simplified Fugl-Meyer score, Brunnstrom comparison between motor function rating group, no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), it can be considered consistent baseline groups were comparable. Scores before and after treatment, compared to a significant difference (P<0.05) in the rating groups. Comparison between treatment groups, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, Brunnstrom motor function rating, simplified Fugl-Meyer score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparative efficacy evaluation of TCM treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine acupuncture ward selected physical dysfunction hospitalized stroke patients randomized controlled clinical trial, in the basic treatment measures, were given warm acupuncture and acupuncture group and three temporal combination of traditional acupuncture needle temporal three groups limb motor function were improved efficacy compared. The results showed that the group before and after treatment comparison of the difference was significant, both methods can be considered effective; after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, simplified Fugl-Meyer score, Brunnstrom motor function rating and evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation, comparison of the differences between the two groups there was statistically significant, it can be considered the treatment group than the control group.
