Different Stitch Alternating The Application Of Treatment For Stroke Upper Limb Dysfunction Efficacy Observed

Background:The mortality of stroke is every high,and too many people become disabled because of stroke every year.The survivalship of stroke will become disabled about 60%to 80%.(The mail problem is functional disturbance.The incidence rate of the problem is hightest in motor dysfunction on epipodite.) Disablitywhich is the main reason will effet the patients'life directly The mail view of this research is to search the best method and time to cure stroke.Methods:We enrolled 222 patients who were strong paralysis of the upper extremitits. We put the patients into two group according to random.There were 133 patients in the therapia group,and there were 89 patients in the control group.We used head acupuncture,body acupuncture and abdomen acupuncture to cure the patients in turn in the therapia group,and used bady acupuncture in the control group.The evaluation of method is neurologic impairment score and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life scale (SS-QQL).Results:Both group patients improved significantly in the neurologic impairment and quality of life(P＜0.01),but the therapia group is better than control group (P＜0.01).The curative effect of therapia group chalk the best result after one month.The therapia group chalp curative effect earlier and persistence time longer than the control group.The earlier we invent to cure the patients,the better we improve the patients'quality of life.Conclutions:Both group patients improved significantly in upper limb disorder.The group of using head acupuncture,body acupuncture and abdomen acupuncture to cure the patients of upper limb disorder in turn is better than the group of just using body acupuncture.The therapia group chalp curative effect earlier and persistence time longer than the control group.The earlier we invent to cure the patients,the better we improve the patients'quality of life.
