Clinical Observation On The Application Of Warm Needle Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthrosis Anterior Medial Pain Based On Lower Limb Force Line Selection

OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of warm acupuncture with moxibustion on acupoints of knee joint degenerative knee arthroplasty,and to compare with conventional acupoints for the treatment of degenerative anterior medial pain of knee osteoarthritis Clinical basis.METHODS: Sixty patients who met the criteria were divided into two groups according to a random number table.The treatment group was 30 cases of acupoint-selective acupoints in lower limbs and 30 cases of acupoint-selective acupoints in control group.The treatment group selected sartorius muscle,middle and lower points,rectus femoris points,rectus femoris points,the medialis muscle points;the control group selected Ashi points,the inner knee eyes,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Liangqiu Blood sea.Warm-acupuncture and moxibustion were used in both groups once a day for 30 min and 7 days respectively for one course of treatment.A total of two courses of treatment were observed.One day between treatments,VDS,Lequesne index and clinical efficacy evaluation were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS:1.VDS scale: After the treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,indicating that the two points selection methods can improve the pain and the degree of joint motion.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Value comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),indicating that the force lines selected lower limbs better than the local selection point group.2.Lequesne index: After the treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,indicating that the two points selection methods can improve the daily activities limitation of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the selection of lower limb force line group was better than that of local selection group.3.Clinical evaluation: The difference of clinical symptom score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the improvement of clinical symptom score of the lower limb force line group was better than that of the local selective site acupoint group.In conclusion:1.acupoints of lower extremity line of force,local acupoints warm needle acupuncture can improve the KOA patients with medial pain,joint activity and other clinical symptoms,lower limbs line selected acupoints group curative effect is better than the local selective acupoints group.2.the lower extremities force line selection method is simple and acupoint selection,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
