Clinical Study On Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In Treatment Of Stroke Recov Ery Of Dysfunction Of Extremities Movement Period

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and simple body acupuncture in treatment of stroke recovery of dysfunction of extremities movement period patients of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, stroke recovery dysfunction of limb movement period recovery effectiveness and advantage. Methods: according to the inclusion criteria were observed in 60 cases of stroke patients in recovery stage, were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group(30 cases with abdominal acupuncture plus body acupuncture),30 cases of the control group(routine body acupuncture). Control group: the acupoints of Foot Yangming Meridian acupoint selection based, supplemented by the sun, Shaoyangmeridian, ipsilateral acupoints, treated with conventional acupuncture. In experimental group, body acupuncture on the basis, plus abdominal acupuncture: cause yuan method(Zhongwan, Qihai, Guan Yuan, XiaWan). Supplementarypoints: bilateral huaroumen, Wai Ling, Tianshu, large cross, on the point of rheumatism(ER), wind(from wet point).A total of 4 courses of treatment. Results: FMA score: test group treatment result is better than that of control group(P<0.01); each group before and after treatment, the two groups after treatmentwere significantly higher than the score before treatment, with significant difference;the MBI score: two groups after treatment score between the two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05); the two groups after treatment difference comparison between groups, the test group shows obvious therapeutic effect better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS score: comparison of difference between the two groups and two groups after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the NIHSS scores(P<0.05), the test group is better than that in the improvement of neural function defect of nerve function group. Conclusion: abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and simple body acupuncture could improve motor function of stroke recovery of physically disabled;abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture has good synergistic effect, curative effect is better than simple body acupuncture.
