Since railway and highway have developed rapidly, and gas is widely distributed in china, the tunnel passes through gas stratum inevitably. Accidents that it encounters gas in the process of construction are happening with increasing frequency and gas tunnel accident disasters are getting more and more, which constitute a great threat to the tunnel project construction and workers’safety. In case of the gas accidents in construction, it not only delays the construction period, resulting serious harm to the economy, but also directly presents a great threat to workers’life, resulting adverse social impact. Because of the complexity of geological conditions of gas layer, the higher risk of accidents in gas tunnel and deficiency of systemic analysis in theory together with the calculation methods of construction risk, the difficulty of the construction risk management and control of gas tunnel become very large. Currently, deficiency of risk management, poor management and lack of the effective management are major problems of the safety management of gas tunnelIn order to reduce the risk of gas tunnel construction, this dissertation focuses on the information management and protective measures according to the characteristics of construction. Based on the gas monitoring, air testing and ventilation testing, it identifies risk in construction, establishes risk evaluation index and model by statistic treatment and fuzzy mathematics theory. With the safety risk evaluation system in gas tunnel construction by computer programming, it takes measures to improve security and reliability, reduces risk, and forms the security risk management system for gas tunnel construction finally, to increase efficiency and quality and provide security and technical support for the security risk evaluation in gas tunnel construction.The primary achievements are as follows:(1) It identifies possible set of security risk evaluation, analyzes the logical relationship of the index and structures the hierarchical relationship, through summary, statistical analysis, spot investigation and specialist advisers.(2) According to the safety risk evaluation system, it calculates the weight coefficient by expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to lay the foundations for security risk evaluating in gas tunnel construction.(3) It proposes a standard for risk evaluation of gas monitoring and establishes evaluation to provide evidence for risk evaluation of gas tunnel.(4) It builds the influencing relationships at operation and management and risk probability coefficient which follows change of gas levels is set up to improve risk probability of rule hierarchy.(5) It introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with multi-factors and multi-layers into security risk evaluation in gas tunnel construction and improves the safety risk evaluation system. Since the expert estimates the radical factor,it evaluates synthetically multi-layers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the hierarchy model and the weight coefficient.(6) It summaries the security risk control measures for gas tunnel construction by spot investigation, spot testing, data research and statistical analysis. Effective ventilation of gas tunnel, the geological prediction of gas tunnel, gas real time monitoring, equipment explosion protection, landslide prevention of gas tunnel and microquake monitoring is introduced into construction to forecast rockburst.(7) It studies synthetically security risk evaluation and standard in gas tunnel construction, designs risk management system, realizes informationization and networking to improve timeliness and accuracy by establishing database for network function module and risk evaluation module,B/S model and Visual C# language.(8) In the background of construction of Xuan Zhenguan gas tunnel, it achieves information management of security risk by risk information input, risk evaluating system, risk publishing and risk treatment. Meanwhile, security risk management system in gas tunnel construction is proved.
