The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s economy, every year a large number of new buildings to produce. With the construction of a large building, supporting the construction safety risk management building was seriously lagging behind, many construction companies or even ignore the role of safety management throughout the project construction process played. These issues embodied in the safety consciousness, security management, backward technology, lack of security personnel, security systems and security management is not a lack of capital investment above.In this paper, the process of building construction hazards as a starting point, a more systematic, comprehensive treatment of the current building construction process, a series of security problems and solutions. The main contents are as follows:(1) First, from the definition of risk, hazard and construction hazards, classification, and the concept of risk management, production and development, discusses the significance of the current construction project safety management systems.(2) Based on the writing process, using a relatively sophisticated security management theories, and examines the current status of risk management in the course of construction, around the hazard identification, evaluation and control carried out in-depth research. Which involves all aspects of construction companies, construction workers, construction environment, construction materials, construction techniques and technology, management methods exist some risks, and gives corresponding solutions.(3) In this paper, hazard and safety management theory, establish safety management systems in the process, through a list of cells, comparative analysis, problem lists, etc. discusses the hazards specific identification method of construction, to take a more mature LEC evaluation safety precautions technology, Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method, dynamic hazard control theory and methods, and efforts to establish a sound risk management systems and models to concrete implementation of risk control provide a reliable basis.(4) With engineering examples, fully validated scientific methods in this article, practicality, effectiveness, construction on the current security risk management has a positive role model.
