The ancient city of hydropower station diversion tunnel across the phyllite rock,long lines and large excavation section,support more closed cycle is long,underground river and tunnel internal and external water pressure,at the same time project is located in seismically active belt.Timely in tunnel construction in the process of risk management research is of great significance to engineering should,this paper studied the ancient city of hydropower station diversion tunnel engineering construction each phase of the risk factors,and puts forward the corresponding control measures.Paper main work and achievements are as follows:correspondingly described according to the practical situation,and then combined with the tunnel case risk management at home and abroad,at the same time,the concept of risk and project risk management,the principles and steps are discussed,this paper introduces the engineering construction risk management and risk management methods such as theoretical basis.construction flow chart method,risk breakdown structure method,expert investigation method to its construction each phase of the risk factors identification,set up index system of the ancient city of hydropower station diversion tunnel construction risk.using Delphi statutory determine its risk factors in different stages of the construction level,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to each phase of the risk factors in the weight calculation,and the expert qualitative evaluation results and carries out a comparative analysis on the results of the quantitative calculation,determine the construction of the level of risk.in the ancient city of diversion tunnel based on the research of the risk of tunnel collapse,water bursting with relatively high level of risk,tunnel safety risk factors such as large deformation,put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.
