This paper applies comprehensively theories and methods of the management science, economics, complexity science, game theory, psychology and other subjects. It combines theoretical syllogism with case studies, and integrates qualitative analysis with quantitative research to construct a basic theoretic framework of corporate strategic management under a dynamic environment. It is intended to systematically and thoroughly probe into the operational mechanism and their relational essentials between strategic formulation, turnaround and implementation.The thesis unfolds along two axes - the mutual interaction between strategy and environment and the organic composition of the strategic process. It holds that control and learning are the major operational mechanism of the strategic process. In addition, it makes an in-depth research on the operational principles of two mechanisms in the course of strategic formulation, turnaround and implementation. The main research contents include the flowing:(1) The relationship between corporate strategy and environment. On the basis of extracting, integrating and absorbing research findings of the relationship between strategy and environment, it puts forward the notion that the integration strategy adaptive logic is the best strategy adaptive logic up to now. Then, it constructs the dynamic adaptive model of enterprises to common environment and the gaming model of enterprises with competitive environment, and thus it quantitatively reveals the dynamic process of mutual adaptation between strategy and environment.(2) Macro-control mechanism of the strategic process. Based on organizational cybernetics and strategy cybernetics, it builds the macro-control mechanism model of the whole strategic process system, that is, the strategic process model based on VSM. Moreover, it systematically analyzes the operational mechanism of all links of strategic process and proves their homeostasis.(3) Strategic turnaround and its micro-control mechanism. It defines the strategic turnaround. On the basis of the comparative study on the shifting models of rationality, perception and learning, it creates the strategic turnaround theoretic model of integration, which fully and systematically reflects the contents, processes as well as the interactive relationships between different factors, followed by the analyses of the alternatives of control methods under different strategic turnaround as well as their characteristics.
