The market and institutional environment for the enterprise to develop are protean. The management tactic and organization structure of enterprise are flexible. So we should strengthen the capability to study the internal consistency of basic theories of enterprise stratagem and evolution mechanism in complicated circumstance. As a whole we are short in studying of these aspects. This article is trying to trace, estimate, hackle and reference the theories of evolution economics in order to afford an academic frame to managers who can adjust own strategies in variable circumstance. And this article tries to establish a full new theory of development for enterprise.The existing theories of developing of enterprise describe a certain model of organic transform which was deputized by its' own lifecycle theory. This article studies the developing of single enterprise using the conception of systemic evolution and puts forward a concept of enterprises systemic evolution.
