| In the era of knowledge economy, with the increasingly fierce competition,only innovation can help enterprises to stand out, the view of which relying on thecore competence to win sustainable competitive advantage has become the consensusof people. How to innovate, how to improve the efficiency of innovation, hasbecome the hot topic of the scholars. Basing on the complementary advantages,risk-sharing and the principle of complementary resources, arises at the historicmoment of production-study-research cooperative innovation, to be able to the corecompetence of enterprises and research institutes, universities, resource allocationoptimization, as to enhance the technology conversion rate and reduce the innovationrisk which is a new kind of technological innovation organization pattern. Thispattern proved to be feasible with a large number of theory and practice by thedeveloped countries, which become the main form of foreign enterprise innovationand strategy. But in our country, on the one hand, as the research time is not long,not formed systemic experience; on the other hand, the differences between Chinaand developed countries lead to can’t copy the gradually mature experience in relatedtheory of developed countries. So, production-study-research cooperative innovation,also has many problems in our country, combining theory and practice still need toimprove. And in order to depth resolution problem, the understanding of themechanisms for the formation of production-study-research cooperative innovation,which is indispensable. Thus, for the understanding of the mechanisms for theformation of production-study-research cooperative innovation, has certaintheoretical and practical significance.First, this thesis expounds the definition and characteristics ofproduction-study-research cooperative innovation and core enterprise, on this basis,this thesis discusses the mutual promotion between the two; Second, in theperspective of core enterprise growth, according to the life cycle theory, analyzes theprocess and characteristics of production-study-research cooperative innovation, itsevolution process can be divided into network germination stage, growth stage,mature stage and the network recession or upgrade stage, and it is concluded thataffecting power and conditions of production-study-research cooperative innovation.Finally, as zhuzhou rail transportation for an example, on the theory mentioned above description has been proved. Through deep analysis for the evolutionmechanism of zhuzhou orbit transportation production-study-research cooperativeinnovation and the function of the core enterprise in the process of evolution, whichobtained the experience of improving the core competence of enterprises. Accordingto CAS theory, a four-stage evolution model about production-study-researchcooperative innovation has been draw, and use evolutionary game method to analyzethe conditions that production-study-research cooperative innovation. |
