A Study Of The Enterprise Evolution Mechanism Based On The Visual Angle Of Corporate DNA

Since 1990s, with the quickening of speed of technology innovation, the acute change of industry environment, the globalization of world economy and the diversification of customer requirements, research of enterprise growth through bionics has become the focus of management science.In the theory of bionics, enterprise is looked as a zoetic system that is comparison of an organism. By drawing inspiration from the principle of biologic DNA, this essay uses the bionic method of enterprise to simulate the environment mechanism of biologic DNA and introduces the concept of corporate DNA. The four processing mechanisms are corporate gene replicating, variation, recombining, and corporate gene expression and control mechanism. According to the routes of research on enterprise bionics, this dissertation will discuss and study several important aspects of enterprise bionics as follows:Firstly, the author resorts to the methods of documentary, on the basis of research outputs all over the world, the basic theories concepts were explained. This text is more creative to draw support from biology,especially ecology thoughts, through carrying on the comparative research in many aspects to enterprises and life entity, open out the mechanism of enterprise life body. Regarding the enterprise as a vital organism and using analogism, the judging standard for corporate DNA was built. That is the corporate DNA should have the characteristics of stability, control, variability and replication.This paper uses this concept as the basic unit to search for the mechanism and means of realizing long life of enterprises. While this paper analyzes the mechanism of evolution, based on the enterprise DNA theory and taking advantage of Boolean algebra models. After further computing, we found that the matrix has the characteristics of self-organizing evolution. Secondly, this paper uses the relevant genes in biology concepts and theories to explore the enterprise gene duplication problem from a new perspective. And it establishes the concept of knowledge-based bio-business system, a more in-depth study of the corporate gene (enterprise-specific knowledge) of the expression and regulation mechanism. In this paper, enterprise reengineering provides a theoretical paradigm change. And further propose that DNA variation makes enterprises have continuously evolved. The purpose of enterprise reengineering is the initiative variation to enhance their vitality so that enable enterprises to adapt constantly to the external environment and build to last. The article thought the enterprise can produce the differences and diversity through gene rebuilding and form the enterprise's competitive advantage. This advantage is difficult to reproduce, so it can be achieved the purpose of the enterprise sustainable development.Meanwhile, enterprise external environment is composed of survival domain(indirect external environment)and operation domain(direct external environment).This paper is partially devoted to a completeness analysis of enterprise evolution, beginning with an analysis of the external pressure and internal driving force of enterprise evolution. Based on this, the author presents a process model of enterprise. Our model indicates that, the environment selection, interior and exterior construction of enterprise consist of the three main forces, and the ecological inheritance, genetic inheritance and phenotypic inheritance form the main clue, which thereby demonstrates three mechanisms of enterprise evolution, namely, diversity, inheritance variation and environment selection.Finally, the findings of evolutionary mechanisms enterprises and China's state-owned enterprise reform with the concrete practice, it discussed the main problems of the evolution process and then put forward the evolution pattern and countermeasures for state-owned enterprise. This research also expounds the correspondent problems of organization studying and knowledge innovation, believing that studying and innovation are the basis of breaking the organization DNA. This research also analyzes and discusses the selecting mechanism overall and deeply, pointing selecting mechanism is inducing competition environment of state-owned enterprise evolution. Hereby, author comes up with the basic countermeasure of building selecting mechanism.
