With the advent of the knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the key resource of the growth of economic, the development of social and the growth of enterprises. In the 21 st century, the global research and development, the growth of foreign direct investment, the global competition, the evolution of global standards, the promotion of the importance of brand and the evolution of network is constantly changing the landscape of knowledge of the universe. Face with the challenges brought about by the knowledge economy era, low-cost innovation has become the new innovation-driven. Technology management can help companies improve the performance of technology. Therefore, in the new landscape of knowledge, improve the technical management capabilities of enterprises has become an important means to deal with the competition. And how to allow enterprises to have a mature and effective technology management system has become a hot topic at present. However, with the dynamic changes in the external environment, the study of technology management system needs from a dynamic perspective. Thus, with the scientific method of ecology and systematics, the study of how the technology management system evolves, and what the internal mechanisms of the evolution of technology management system is in a dynamic environment, can help researchers understand the main affections of the evolution of technology management system, help enterprise guide the technology management system evolves orderly, enhance the technical performance of the enterprise, thus enterprises can sustain competitiveness.Firstly, we analyzed the composition of technology management system and defined the concept of the evolution of technology management system. Then we analyzed the knowledge ecological characteristics and the self-organization characteristics of technology management system, to lay a theoretical foundation for the use of ecological and self-organization theory in the study of the evolution of technology knowledge management system. After this, we combine the method of systematics and knowledge ecology, to analyze the internal mechanisms, internal power factors of the evolution of technology management system, and to present the evolution process of technology management system. On this basis, we construct self-organizational evolution model of technology management system. Then we use Matlab to simulate the evolution process of the technology management system and draw some important conclusions. However, due to the numerical simulation using MATLAB software does not fully demonstrate the interaction between the various subsystems, therefore we build a system dynamics model to study the evolution of technology management system. Through a variety of schemes comparison between internal elements and elements of interaction,we find the significant influence factors in the evolution process. Finally we combine it with the previous analysis of enterprise technology management system to put forward some suggestion to guide the technology management evolves orderly.During this study, we reference existing research results comprehensively, combine the self-organization theory, technology management theory and ecology knowledge management theory to study the evolution of the technology management system. Through the analysis of this paper, we can understand the self-organization evolution process of technology management system clearly. We can also understand the internal mechanism of the technology management system, find the significant factors in the evolution of technology management system, provide a theoretical basis for guide the technology management system evolves orderly...
