The traditional economics researches on general rules,which the society economy phenomenon is following. The fundamental value of a theory is to make anticipations to performance trends of things, guide and solve the problems which human survival and social development faced to. Along with the continuous development of economic, technological and social civilization, the traditional economics theory revealed certain drawbacks and historical limitations in the new conditions. Because of the many uncertain factors in economic system, traditional economics theory is not perfect enough to summarize and grasp all existing economic phenomenon comprehensively. That is to say, it has lost science instruction meaning in some ways.In recent years, bionics has had breakthrough progresses. Initially, in author to achieve some corresponding functions, it makes simple imitation of biological structure which is called structure bionics and function bionics. And then, its study field had been expanded to material bionic and chemical bionic on molecular level. Now, bionic researches have developed to the micro individuals and macro ecological system. Meanwhile, bionics has achieved a leap again and again.The boom of bionics is spreading to social science field such as economics and management gradually. And in some research direction, it has achieved certain academic achievements with highly practical and guiding significance.Nature of individual organisms, populations, communities and entire ecosystems, have experienced hundreds of millions of years of development, Structure, function and operating mechanism at both the chaos of a complex and harmonious state of the same. The global ecosystem is a collection of regional sub-ecosystem. Each system contains thousands of different species, Including animals, plants and microorganisms. But seemingly large and complex ecosystem is always in the process of dynamic balance to maintain a relatively stable state. Its internal control mechanisms, regulatory mechanisms, feedback mechanisms and repair experienced a long history of tests. It can be said that natural ecosystems, such logic and precision of any one man-made systems can not be achieved. Therefore, Explore the secrets of nature has a great scientific value and significance of positive theory and practice. Ecological theory and the study method of bionics provide a new way of thinking for social science research. However, guidance and reference of operation rules and laws of economic for management field are based on some premise foundation, not unrelated derivative. This paper was built on such a basis, and study relationship between enterprises chain net with a new perspective.1. Existing theoriesAccording to existing research results point of view, business systems and ecosystems there are many similarities. From the microscopic point of view of individual, Micro-economic units (enterprises, economic organizations) as biological organisms are composed of organic by the various elements or modules. And Like the various organs of the organism, the various elements of the unit bear their respective responsibilities and tasks. On the view of groups, a collection of individuals of similar economic enterprise population, the organization population reflects some common characteristics. Moreover, these populations in order to survive must occur with other species of matter, energy and information exchange. They formed a business community. Business community in the competition will occur within populations, such as predation and symbiotic relationship. From a macro point of view the system. Business ecosystem is a set of natural environment, social environment, social environment, institutional environment as an integrated body. There is also certain level. And elements within the system influence each other.2. Enterprise ecochain theoryIn its specific environment, enterprises also need to exchange with enterprise ecological systems constantly for material, energy, information and value of exchange. "Enterprise iec" is a chain built on the material exchange and energy transmission among enterprise population. It reflects the relationship between enterprises and the others. It is similar to the ecological system; any enterprises could not live without enterprise ecological chain independently, as an animal is dependent on the food chain.Enterprise ecosystem of different levels, small to a department big to an enterprise, each unit is composed by a lot of components on different levels with interaction. Enterprise ecochain have the characteristics of self-organization and heter-organization obviously at the sametime. In business process, enterprises need to get nutrients constantly to surport growth, development and evolution. At the same time, enterprises and the other organizations in environment build relationships of cooperation and competition, so to adjust itself constantly. Finally they form a particular associated and stable ecological relation network, those series of activities is a typical self-organization process. Because of element of human being in bussiniss management, the organizational process will under external influence inevitably, and in some cases these intervention is very necessary. Therefore, the formation and development of enterprise ecochain is a system is based on self-organizing and heter-organization subsidiary.3. Key species enterpriseKey kind of enterprises play an important role in the whole economy ecosystem, it is often on the key nodes in enterprises ecochain. It close relationship with the stable operation of enterprises ecochain, and it is meaningful to make the enterprises ecochain extend and develop.Key species enterprises play a very important role for ecological system. On one hand, key species enterprises can keep the species diversity and stability in the system that; on the other hand it can push the evolution of the whole system.4. Enterprises relationship modelLike biological species, there are also different relationships between different types of enterprises, including competitive relations, relationship symbiotic relationship, parasitic relations and predator relation, etc. This paper investigates the relationship between enterprises in mathematics description using the two classic biological population growth model, which are named Logistic model and Lotka-Volterra model.Competition and predator are main relationship between enterprises. Logistic model can be used to describe relations of product quantity change between two competitive enterprises; and Lotka - Volterra model can be used to describe symbiotic relation.5. Research on automobile industry construction of Jilin province based on bionicsIt can be prove that the auto industry network chain of Jilin province is symbiotic satellite type with Faw group as the core. Development of most components related enterprises is relying on it. This is exactly the problem of Jilin automobile industry. Faw group bear the role of key species. Small quantity makes the whole system on a high risk level. This needs to change the industry development model. In summary, there are many similarities between enterprise ecosystem and natural system. So, it is theoretical and realistic meaningful to study on enterprise ecochain combine with its characteristics, using part of the theory and method of biology.
