The Research Of Enterprise M&A Synergy Based On The Perspective Of The Bionics

From the new perspective of the bionics, the author has studied M&A synergy in this article. Firstly, the author finds out the content of the study according to the review of the domestic and international research situation of the enterprise bionics and the M&A synergy. Secondly, based on the enterprise organism theory, this article hypothesizes that the enterprise is a tree, and proposes two enterprise M&A synergy models. Among them, the grafting M&A synergy model is established on the base of grafting theory, and makes the strength of the affinity of the M&A sides as its core. The formation of chimera plays a key role in the grafting M&A synergy. However, the transplanting M&A synergy model is established on the base of symbiosis theory, and makes the strength of the niches of the M&A sides as its core. Thirdly, under the conditions of the enterprise and external environment, this article further discusses the critical factors affecting the M&A success. Finally, the author describes the adaptation conditions of two enterprise M&A synergy models, and proposes a relatively complete system of M&A synergy.
