Technology Innovation Mechanism In Agricultural Enterprise Based On Bionics

In2012, China’s Central No.1Document explicitly pointed out: To realize theagricultural sustainable and stable development, to ensure long-term effective supplyof agricultural products, the fundamental way is science and technology. At the sametime the document also stressed: Agricultural science and technology is the foundationof ensuring national food security, is the inevitable choice to break through theconstraints of resources and environment, is the decisive power to speed up theconstruction of modern agriculture, with the characteristics of public, infrastructureand sociality. We must firmly seize the historical opportunity of the revolution ofscience and technology, adhere to the strategy of invigorating the country throughscience, technology and education, place agricultural science and technology on amore prominent position, determined to break the system barriers, greatly increaseinvestment in agricultural science and technology, promote agricultural science andtechnology development, inject a strong driving force for agricultural production,farmers income, and rural prosperity.The development of modern agriculture can’t be separable from the technologyinnovation, the subject of technology innovation is the enterprise. The agriculturalenterprise is the main body of modern agriculture business and an effective carrier torealize the technology innovation. In recent years, with the guide of national policyand the drive of market economy, innovation consciousness in many agriculturalenterprises has been strengthened, especially the large and medium-sized enterprises.They gradually increase the investment in technology innovation and achieve someresults. However, there still exist many problems and defects in the developmentprocess of the technology innovation, hindering the pace of agricultural enterprisetechnology innovation. We defined the basic concepts of agricultural enterprise technology innovation,theories applied in this paper. Combining with the development situation of domesticand foreign agricultural enterprise technology innovation, we summed up the mainproblems existing in agricultural enterprise technology innovation in China based onthe field survey.Based on the scientific and normative analysis of management bionics, we builtthe bionic element model of agricultural enterprise technology innovation, including:agricultural enterprise technology innovation factors onion model and technologyinnovation subject analysis based on biological multiple symbiosis theory. We focusedon the issues of agricultural enterprise technology innovation mechanism andinnovation team construction and put forward the biological enzyme catalytic reactionmodel and the bees team effect model. We discussed agricultural enterprisetechnology innovation mechanism based on the enzyme catalytic reaction andagricultural enterprise innovation team construction based on bees effect. The studyproposed the corresponding bionic suggestions, provided the references for thedevelopment of agricultural enterprise technology innovation in China.
