Knowledge networks are a kind of carrier, platform or model, which is aimed at achieving maximization of organizational strategic interests and strengthening the core competitiveness of the organization. It fully integrates and utilizes hardware, software, human and other resources to establish a flat relationship of knowledge cooperation, to explicit the tacit knowledge inside and outside of the organization, and network the organizational relationship. Industry cluster is relative to a particular industry, the industry members, including upstream and downstream of the industry chain enterprises, as well as cluster organization, directly or indirectly, to achieve aggregation in the space, get close in relationship, in order to achieve a new physical model of industrial development.This research take knowledge networks and the basic theory of industrial clusters as a starting point to explore the automotive industry cluster knowledge network formation, development and operational factors, characteristics and laws, in order to establish an innovative research perspective with the bionics theory and research methods.In the process of study on formation of automotive industrial cluster knowledge, we employ some related theories about life cycle, which are applied into the descriptive analysis of formation, development, maturation, and recession of automotive industrial cluster knowledge networks. Finally, we obtain the ladder-path of the formation of automotive industrial cluster knowledge.In this study, the transferring, sharing and innovation activities of knowledge in knowledge networks are another focus. In the part of knowledge transfer activity, we take PSO model as a research tool, after analysis the key problem of process of knowledge transfer, through the establishment of mathematical models to solve the knowledge transfer rate optimization problem in knowledge network theoretically; in the part of knowledge sharing activity, we study the internal relations and similarity of infectious disease and tacit knowledge sharing activity, by means of the theoretical models of infectious diseases and related mathematical models, then get the formula of knowledge sharing degree, analysis the influencing factors of knowledge sharing, and approach the optimization problem of the degree of knowledge sharing; in the part of knowledge innovation activity, make process analysis on knowledge innovation activity the with the existing theoretical models of knowledge fermentation·On the basis, we make field researching on the development status of Jilin Province automotive industry cluster knowledge network using empirical research. Give descriptive analysis and regression analysis to the data and draw relevant conclusions. In the chapter of automotive industry cluster development strategy, we put forward four proposals from macro, middle, micro levels.This research will enrich the theoretical research on knowledge networks, provide some direction to the developing automobile industry cluster knowledge network, and some reference for government and enterprises to reasonably build and effectively operate the automotive industry cluster knowledge network.
