Under the background of global economy, the market competitions are becoming more hotly. The market competition environment requires enterprises to have smart reaction to the changes in market. Only improving manage efficiency, decreasing production cost, reducing inventory storage, shorting supply period, can enterprises keep predominance in hot market competition. Nowadays, electronic commerce has become a new kind of business model, which offered a more smart competition method for enterprises to participate in competition. Enterprise resource planning(ERP), as the core of electronic commerce, is the background support to electronic commerce. Because implementing ERP project is a very complicated systems engineering, enterprises will face many risks during ERP implementation. High implementation risks and low success rate are the biggest barriers to implementation ERP. To reduce implementation risk and control the risk factors, it's necessary to establish a set of implementation methodology and to supply evaluation and decision means to ensure the success of ERP implementation. Now, the implementation evaluation & decision has become an important problem in academic and industry field. A systemic scientific evaluation system and an effective decision method have significant meaning to ensure the success of ERP implementation. From ERP life cycle viewpoint, this dissertation studied ERP implementation evaluation and decision optimization to the whole process of ERP implementation. The main studies are following:(1) Research on ERP implementation methodology. The critical success factors in ERP project management and the process of ERP implementation were illuminated. On the basis of the research of the critical success factors, the evaluation index systems to the whole process of ERP implementation were established, which included every stage of ERP implementation and realized the all-around and systemic evaluation. To ensure the evaluation is objective and quantitative, the corresponding evaluation object data models were established.(2) Research on synthetic process to evaluation indexes. To realize smart dynamic evaluation in ERP project and reduce redundant evaluation indexes, some indexes correlation test methods were given. An indexes reduction algorithm based on rough set theory was introduced to process redundant indexes. To scientifically and exactly determinate the weights of indexes, a subjective & objective combined weight method was proposed. First, a fuzzy consistent relationship weigh determination method was introduced, then, an entropy weigh determination method was proposed to adjust indexes weight.(3) Research on ERP implementation evaluation models. On the basis of comparison to different kinds of evaluation methods and models, some adaptive evaluation models were selected to match each ERP implementation stage. A fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was used to evaluation ERP software and executors. Different methods were proposed respectively to determinate different kinds of index's membership degree. To adapt ERP implementation process evaluation, a fuzzy Petri net based evaluation model was proposed, which combined evaluation with implementation decision and offered a new evaluation view. To evaluate the ERP performance, balanced score card(BSC) was introduced, and a synthetic BSC was designed to evaluate ERP implementation performance. Then, a quantitative method was given.(4) Research on ERP implementation optimization & decision. Some chance constrained programming optimization models on ERP implementation project were proposed. Through mathematic modeling and stochastic simulation, the optimized values of implementation schedule, cost and quality can be got, at the same time the ERP project implementation risk can be obtained. To solve the decision problems in key ERP implementation stage, a fuzzy Petri net based reasoning algorithm for ERP system transformation was proposed. The propositions and formalized reasoning rules are used to express the evaluation factors and decision process. The algorithm gave a new assistant decision and evaluation method for ERP implementation.(5) ERP evaluation system design. An ERP evaluation system framework was built according to function requirememnt analysis, an evaluation system include object-oriented model management system was designed based on Web technique.
