In recent years, with the launch of National Science and Technology Infrastructure, many projects of data resource integration platform have been put into building, aiming at promote society's scientific and technological resources'efficient allocation and utilization, to improve scientific and technological innovation through integrate resources of science and technology. Basic data resources integration platform usually include multiple subsystems, with multiple fields of information resources. Not only have a wide range of information types and platform's functionality also varied. This peculiarity led to the basic data resource integration platform's personalized research is rarely seen. However, with the rapid growth in the amount of information that sharing on the platform, it's harder and harder for users to gain fast, accurate access to the information they need. The platform's need on personalization is increasingly urgent; a new mode of providing comprehensive personalized service for platform's users is needed.To address the demand for personalized service discussed above, based on the study of existing personalized information services and relative technologies, this paper introduced ontology, proposed a new pattern of multi-level personalized service direct to the features of basic data resources integration platform. And then designed a user model based on ontology, personalized-service discovery framework and two types of personalization, including personalized service customized and personalized services recommended. On one hand, introducing ontology into user model building process can enhance its semantic information and realize the sharing and reuse of cross-system user model. On the other hand, customization and personalized recommendations are added ontology, using web service discovery technology, extract and use the semantic description of web services to match with the service request contract provided by the user model, and then find the services meet the requirements and returned to the user, making the customize and recommend results not only contains the information also includes functional modules, which fully embody the user's preferences, and better meet user needs.Finally, this paper took Rail Transit Resource Integration Platform as the project background, introduced the prototype implementation of platform's personalized service based on ontology. Using software engineering methods, building ontology-based user model and personalized-service discovery architecture, and then use them both for the personalized service customization and recommendation. At last, the experimental results are analyzed.
