21st century is the century of acting personalization and initiating creation,information service show the superiority with the developing of internet and economy,information service to the specialization and personalization is inevitable. With thedevelopment of information technologies and World Wide Web, Personalizedinformation service has be come a new focus of the domain of information management.Traditional information service system is passive and basing on manual searching,which is unable to meet the growing diversity and individuality of the information underthe circumstances of "information over load". So the personalized information servicemode is brought out which can automatically organize and adjust the informationaccording to the users' interests. The followings are the key contents of the thesis.(1)Analyze the significance of developing the personalized information servicein e-commerce, provide specific goal, manifestation of personalized informationservices.(2)Analyze the Concept, classification and application of the personalizedinformation service oriented the e-commerce business model. On this basis, I analyzethe typical application of personalized information service and technology.(3)Analysis the technology of, system development the paper focuses on theWEB application system of the enterprise and the choice of each framework, and alsointroduces the technology used in the system, for example Web Services and NxBRErules engine. Which is the foundation of a personalized recommendation.(4)This article begin with the functional requirements of the personalizedelectronic commerce information service Detailed introduction the overall design, andthe realization of the system. of the individualized information service system Finallyestablished a personalized e-commerce platform.(5)Summarize the achievements and innovations of the dissertation, andprospects the future work.
