Study And Implementation Of Underwater Acoustical Decoy Simulation System

Torpedo has been the mainly threat to large surface ship and submarine. Hence, it's significant to arm efficient Torpedo Defense System for the sake of the vessel's safety. Now our country is devoting to the equipment, and new underwater warfare system will be armed before long. During the warfare, it's an important stage to seduce the torpedo. Computer simulation on corresponding problem can supply valuable reference to actual system with less costs.The dissertation discusses the sketch of the Underwater Warfare Simulation System, and studies Acoustical Decoy Simulation System as its subsystem in emphasis. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:1. It studies the objective, structure and constitutes of the Underwater Warfare System, and analyses the functions of each module and relationships among them;2. It studies the sketch of the Acoustical Decoy Simulation System, and make it clear to the aspects to implement;3. It studies the corresponding problems of torpedo simulation in the system. It summarizes the operation principle of torpedo's control and guiding system and the certain torpedo's target-searching logic. The guiding method of the certain torpedo is studied through simulation, inside there are wire-guided and passive/active homing procedures. The results of signal processing determines the guiding, so the signal processing procedures during homing are studied by simulation;4. It studies Underwater Sound Channel in the system. Corresponding aspects of underwater sound channel are summarized and a proper simulation model based upon ray-model is presented;5. It studies some simulation technologies of decoy and submarine in the system. The decoy and submarine's operation procedures are simulated, respectively. After present the tactic scheme of torpedo defense, a kind of assessment method comes up;6. It studies other necessary supporting items. Director platform, terminal demonstration and network communication are discussed, as well as the DSP board used in the system.
