Research And Application On Two-hierarchy Workshop Controlling Mode Based On Dnc Technology

This paper is sponsored by the National 863/CIMS project (No: 863-511-910- 271 & 863-511-9843-001) and tackle key project of science and technology of Chongqing metropolis (No: 98-5020).First, based on the analysis of development of controlling structure in workshop, the two-hierarchy shop controlling mode based on DNC is proposed in this paper. The superstratum construction oriented to manufacture process management and the substrate construction oriented to machining process of workshop field are built. To achieve information integration in manufacture process, this paper, with reference to DNC, researches into manufacture process information integration from 3 aspects: data level, function level, application level, presents the management information integration framework(MIIF)based on distributed control technology, builds meta-Agent and application Agent by regarding Agent as an entity having special behavior ability and specific action objective, establishes Agent control model, and then gives the collaborative solution.With field-bus technology and Agent technology, the DNC system model based on agent technology is established which shows a efficient way of device integration. A general model of device integration is set up, and an Agent model based on soft plug-in technology is built. The idea of Three-views is applied to the analysis and process of DNC system, and a formalized model based on DNC system is established. A class model of DNC system is built based on the formalized description of DNC. A system solution, which enables the reuse of resource, is put forward, and the efficiency of system design and development is greatly improved.Based on the theory and method mentioned, the framework of the application system is built and Practical DNC system and workshop information management system are developed to the mould shop and the second metal shop of the first Chang Zheng electric apparatus works.
