This paper presents a full digital system for monitoring and controlling temperature in the voluminous concrete hydration heat process. It timely monitors the value of temperature inside the mass concrete and calculates the difference in temperature of every measured point in the concrete maintenance and therefore guarantee the quality of the project. It also processes and analyses the sampling data automatically creates corresponding reports and curves according to the user' s requirement.Fieldbus is a kind of computer network in automatization field and it has been one of the hotspots of automatization fields' technique development. Fieldbus connects the field equipments with a bus and makes it a network through which information can be exchanged mutually. So fieldbus is a system which can transmit digital signals in two directions among many nodes. CAN is also one kind of fieldbus.Focusing on the field monitoring and controlling characteristics, adopting the sensor apparatus and the advanced fieldbus technique, and using the reliable application of computer controlling, this paper set forth the controlling monitor system based on the CANBUS.The main work includes hardware designing and software compiling , optimization designing of system is mainly considered in hardware and software designing . This paper analyzes the technology of CAN field bus. The hardware system is developed with chips which are μ PSD3251 and DS18B20 and MCP2510. According to the structure of hardware, the software compiling is adopted c51 computer programming language and objected-language Delphi7. 0, database is adopted ACCESS2000. After integrating the image collection and controlling monitor into the same interface by Delphi, observing and controlling is easy.This system can achieve accurate measurement and control of temperature, and has the fewer number of system hardware, lower cost, simple connection, strongly protective function of hardware and software, high reliability. The whole system is universal and is worth to popularize.
