Computing model has evolved continuously under the development of computer hardware andsoftware technology which have been developed at high-speed.The computer industry and academiaput forward cloud computing model after the distributed computing, parallel computing and gridcomputing model.It is a revolutionary move which means that the computational ability also can serveas a kind of commodity like gas and electricity which can be used conveniently at low cost. Thedifference between them is that cloud computing integrates very large scale computing and storageresources together through the Internet,which form a virtual computation resource pool to provide tothe user in the form of service on-demand. Cloud computing providing the service integration andon-demand supply can significantly improve the utilization of computing resources, reduce the energyconsumption of resources, and effectively shield computation resource error.As the cloud computing environment there exists a series of problems, such as the availabilityand performance security, security, privacy and so on, how to ensure the quality of service providedby cloud providers to meet consumer demand is a serious problem in cloud computing. Service levelagreement will be a key factor to ensure that the interests of both the service provider and a serviceconsumer. This thesis proposed a framework of service level agreement management in cloudcomputing.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, this thesis summarizes the current status of cloud computing, and analyses the importanceand the trend of the combination of cloud computing and SLA.Then it puts forward the framework ofservice level agreement management in cloud computing.Secondly, this thesis analyses the process of the SLA negotiation between the cloud serviceconsumer and provider. It divides the process into SLA pre-negotiation and SLA negotiation whichrespectively adopts pre-negotiation document and SLA agreement template. This work improves theSLA negotiation efficiency.Thirdly, this thesis put forward the structure of mapping resource metric to the SLA parametermetric. In order to prevent the SLA violation,it design the QoS knowlege based on CBR whichstorage the data of SLA violation and respective solution. It uses the solution of the existing case toprevent SLA violation.Finally, this thesis deploy and realize the prototype system of SLA management framework inHadoop platform. It apply the “software trustworthiness evaluation system” as the user service to validate the feasibility of the framework.
