As a new computing model which is access to shared resource pool anytime and anyw here, cloud computing has been widespread concern. With the continuous development of cloud computing and mobile Internet, cloud computing services which support intelligent devices such as Android and IOS system have been studied. Emerged as the times require, mobile cloud computing technology becomes the research hotspot in present academic research.To improve the resource utilization, the present researches of cloud computing are mostly based on the parameters of computational capacity, memory and CPU utilization ratio to allocate resources. However, with the appearance of mobile cloud computing, network bandwidth has become an important factor which affects the development of mobile cloud computing technology, and it plays an important role in resource sharing of the data center network. Meanwhile, with the growing demand for bandwidth of mobile terminal users, the performance of servers will be greatly reduced when multiple terminal users send requests simultaneously.On the basis of the analysis and summary of the related technology about mobile cloud computing and SLA, we proposes a dynamic bandwidth allocation method based on SLA in view of the dynamic and diversity of bandwidth demand for different terminal users in mobile cloud computing. This method realizes the similarity matching between the request bandwidth of mobile terminal users and the negotiation bandwidth allocation region which is defined by SLA. Then, according to the results of similarity matching, level mapping can be realized in order to allocate bandwidth for mobile terminal users of different levels.The main contents are as follows:(1) We proposes a dynamic bandwidth allocation method in mobile cloud computing. This method divides the reserved bandwidth into three levels which are H, M and L using level mapping and bandwidth reservation technologies. According to the case of whether the reserved bandwidth resources of each level meet the bandwidth request of mobile terminal users, bandwidth is allocated dynamically in cloud center.(2) The implementation framework of dynamic bandwidth allocation based on SLA is proposed. In this framework, the modules of similarity matching and dynamic bandwidth allocation are realized by WSLA language. The module of similarity matching calculates the matching results and carries out level mapping according to the similarity matching algorithm between the request bandwidth of mobile terminal users and the negotiation bandwidth region signed by SLA. The module of dynamic bandwidth allocation allocates bandwidth for different mobile terminal users depend on the results of level mapping.(3) The prototype system of a dynamic bandwidth allocation method based on SLA in mobile cloud computing is simulated through the cloud computing simulator CloudSim. The experimental results show that the proposed dynamic bandwidth allocation method based on SLA in mobile cloud computing improves the bandwidth utilization and the system throughput in a certain extent, and also reduces the end-to-end delay. At the same time, it ensures its quality of service(QoS).
