Mold industry, which is an important part of equipment manufacturing industry, faces the challenges of globlized market competition. The improvement of enterprise informationization and implementation of advanced manufacturing technology are the key points that mold enterprises can rapidly meet the needs of market and keep the innovation ability continuously. At present, because the production is not stability, multiple isolated application systems are adopted and the information is not integrtaed to share in a mold enterprise, the informationzation for mold enterprises is very difficult.According to the needs of mold enterprise informationzation, in this paper the enterprise business processes is first analysised by using IDEF1X, the loosely coupled architecure(Serves-Oriented-Architecture) and the Web Services are then adopted to construct the architecture for the informationzation of mold enterprises.The enterprise service bus plays a role of Service Broker in the service-oriented architecture, some core functions of Enterprise Service Bus, such as service package, service positioning, service search, data transmission,conversion, and so on, are applied to solve the problems faced in the informationzation for mold enterprises.The information integration framework based on event-driven ESB can enhance the agility of information integration via actively monitoring changes in business processes, capturing the business event data, and activating the business processes automatically in an asynchronous and event-driven way.In order to realize the loosely coupled service interactions and integration of heterogeneous systems existing in mold enterprises based on SOA, this paper conducts many studies on standardized message exchange patterns. In this architecture,XML technology is applied to standardize and define Message structure, Data transformation engine based on XSLT is responsible for converting data into a logical abstraction, which enhance the compatibility, scalability and flexibility of information transmission mechanism for ESB. Meanwhile, WSDL-based message exchange model improves the reliability,Usability and protocol openness of integrated system. This paper presents a content-based message routing framework, this framework is based on the rule engine and applicable to ESB architecture.On the one hand, Content-based message routing mechanism is able to decouple the sender and receiver, on the other hand, the rule engine is applied to separate the routing rules and business logic,which enables the mold enterprises to adjust the business plan dynamically and timely. The rule engine takes Flexible and efficient RETE matching algorithm to promote efficiency of matching between the inference rules and rule conditions.Based on the researches metioned above,an information integration systems for mold enterprise is implemented. This system can help to overcome the difficulties for the informationzation of mold enterprises.
