Study On The Logistics Network Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises In Shaanxi Province

With the continued development of the national economy, development of the logistics industry in Shaanxi Province on the importance of the economy has been more and more attention by all levels of government.Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province accounted for a larger proportion of the logistics industry,long-term development of such enterprises is especially important.At present,in the network under the trend of economic development, how to make the logistics industry to the development of network-based, how to set up the logistics network,enhanced integrated logistics enterprise competitiveness, achieve sustainable development become the key to the development of logistics enterprises. But,at present, governments at all levels of implementation of the logistics network is still relatively low degree of concern,therefore,this article on the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the development of network-based research has important practical significance.In this paper,economics,management,computers and other multi-disciplinary study supported the theory.Using inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning to combine,Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of complementary methods,The use of theoretical research and empirical analysis method of combining, for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province Network Development conducted a systematic research.Through the analysis of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our country's present situation and the factors that constrain development,combined with the current network economy and the development trend of logistics industry,come to small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the development of the logistics network is very necessary and practical conclusions.In this paper,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province to focus on the object,for the development status of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province carried out SWOT analysising. Construction three kinds of statistical prediction model,Linear regression, time series prediction and gray, in comparing the model of the basic advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi Province on the future needs of logistics development prediction analysis,to formulate the corresponding logistics development strategy and provide a theoretical basis. Finally,to Shaanxi Hua meng logistics enterprise as an example,combination of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province the development of operational status,have to focus on small and medium-sized logistics enterprises adjust the direction of strategic development, made appropriate strategic planning framework in the development for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Hope the governments at all levels to arouse the attention of the logistics network,planning the construction of logistics network and formulate corresponding policies in our province as soon as possible.In order to better promote the province of logistics network development process.
