With the gradually improvement of people’s living standard, China has become the largest domestic tourist market in the world. The high altitude area tourism is that average altitude of the travel area is 3,000 meters above geographical; Tibet Autonomous Region is typical of high-altitude tourist areas in our country. High altitude areas in China exist these characteristics like complex terrain, large temperature difference between day and night, high-altitude, low oxygen, poor road conditions, weak communication signal and so on, these factors will easily induce travel emergencies. Face these unexpected events, take emergency measures, this need to safeguard the smooth communication, and keep abreast the real-time location of tourists. High altitudes wired public grids are difficult to set, emergency information of unexpected events feedback is more done by wireless communication network. Therefore, how to protect the wireless communication network smooth and dynamic real-time management of tourists have become the important issues of travel emergency service in high altitude areas.Nowadays tourism emergency services of high altitude areas have these disadvantages, emergency rescue services architecture and information service mechanism are not perfect, as well as lack of integrated service platform, low efficiency of emergency services. So it urgently needs to establish and improve travel emergency service system of high altitude region. The system includes two sides, establishing tourists travel emergency dynamic forecast scheduling mode and integrated services platform; design small regional ad hoc networks which is suitable for travel emergency service in high altitudes. In emergency services of high altitude scenic, positioning of visitors has become the key of the emergency services. The establishment of tourists travel emergency dynamic forecast scheduling mode and integrated services platform can track tourists activities line in real-time and warn prompts when the tourists have abnormal behavior. Timely effective transmission and feedback of information about travel unexpected events in high altitudes are also crucial. Design small regional ad hoc network which suitable for tourism emergency services in high altitudes, establish information service dedicated system of travel emergency service in high altitude areas, can provide information service for travel emergency in the high altitude areas.This paper researches problems of tourism emergency services in high altitude areas. First, analysis special of travel emergency services in the high altitude region, in-depth research on the key technologies involved in tourism emergency services in high altitudes region, key technologies include communication base station site method based on radio electromagnetic situation map, intelligent compression technology of information transmission and the tourism private wireless communications technology specification in high altitudes. Secondly, establish the framework system for travel emergency service in high altitudes. The system includes command system, security system, tourism emergency rescue expert knowledge base and travel emergency service system of travel emergency information service in high altitude region; Third, propose tourist lose search and rescue model in high altitude region, and establish tourists travel emergency dynamic forecast scheduling mode and integrated services platform, establishing information services dedicated system travel emergency service in high-altitude areas, finally take Tibet Everest area, application practice of travel emergency service in the high altitude areas, this example verification feasibility and correctness of frame system of tourism emergency service in the high altitudes and information service system of tourism emergency service.To sum up, the main research results and contributions in this paper are as the following:Firstly, initial established command system and security system of travel emergency service in high-altitude region. Combine with characteristics of travel emergency service in the high-altitude areas; establish established command system and security system of travel emergency service in high-altitude region. When travel unexpected events happened, carry out emergency plan, and develop work rapidly, orderly and efficient.Secondly, put forward one method of communication base station site optimized by radio electromagnetic situation map based on surface spline interpolation algorithm. Applies and appropriate improves surface spline interpolation algorithm based on electromagnetic distribution state, improves precision of radio electrical measuring situation maps, optimize communication base station site in the high altitudes. Solve problem that high cost and location difficult exiting in communication base station site of emergency services in the high altitude areas in some extent.Thirdly, initial establish one tourism private wireless communications technical specifications in high-altitude region. Considering the special requirements and the future trends on communication of tourism in the high-altitude areas on the basis of research at home and abroad about the wireless communications specification, communication equipments are restricted by communication technical specifications of the tourist attractions in high-altitude. The specification applies to travel emergency wireless communications image, voice and data transmission in a wide range of harsh environment in the high-altitude.Then, initial building travel emergency rescue expert knowledge base in high-altitude areas. The knowledge base includes travel rescue information base, the case base, rule base, method base, database and functions base. Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive information for decision-making when unexpected extent in the attractions occurred. Promote the entire emergency rescue system working in the science, coordinated, orderly way; reduce the loss of accident and incident.Finally, take Tibet Everest scenic for example, apply and achieve travel emergency service in high altitudes. Combining travel emergency service technology in high altitudes with the tourists dynamic monitoring information service model based on RFID which is initial established, verify that emergency service system researched in the thesis and emergency information services technology can provide strong protection for Tibet Everest scenic travel emergency service.Taking the major research achievements and contributions, the main innovations of this paper are as following:1. Initially establish one theoretical framework and technical architecture system of travel emergency service in high-altitude region.Based on the analysis the features of tourism in the high-altitude areas, establish theoretical framework and technical architecture system of travel emergency service in high-altitude region. The system includes command system, security system, and emergency service system and emergency rescue expert knowledge base travel in high-altitude area. Assist emergency rescue command center make decision timely, carry out emergency services work quickly, and orderly. To minimize casualties, property damage, and improve the timeliness of emergency services, reduce the dangers of emergencies.2. Propose and establish one travel emergency dynamic predictive scheduling mode base on RFID in high-altitude.The first elements of travel emergency rescue services in high altitude areas should be rescuing tourists’life. Establish travel emergency dynamic predictive scheduling mode base on RFID in high-altitude, will help to optimize the allocation of resources, shortening the rescue time, will be able to track of visitor activities line on real-time, determine the location of tourists in the scenic, tourists abnormal behavior can be early warning prompt. Collection points can automatically record the personnel access coding and time, collected visitor activities reported will be sent to scenic management of emergency rescue command center, if the accident happened, information report provide service for the emergency rescue scientific decision-making.3. Initial establish one small area hoc communication network architecture areas travel emergency service in high-altitude, and built integrated information service dedicated platform on its basis.This paper has done a series of studies and try on travel emergency service in the high altitude areas, point to the imperfection problems of public communication network in the high altitude scenic, using the iNET technology and digital broadcasting station initially establish small area hoc communication network in high altitude scenic, collect on-site real-time signal of a variety of risk factors, formation multiple dynamic data sources, and provide tourists real-time dynamic information for scientific emergency rescue. Also it contributes to further improve and enrich of the theory and practice of travel emergency services in high altitudes.
